The Heart Break Lake[Go away if you hate shippy, cheesy fics]

My first fanfic, a very shippy one:
NOTE:This is based on the many shippings and characters of the Pokemon Special Manga.
The Heart Break Lake

Chapter 1:Farewell and Faraway

On a beautiful spring night, filled with shining moonlight, a young blonde girl patiently awaits the arrival of her secret love in the worn-out bridge of a beautiful lake.

"Where is he? He said he'd be here…to tell me something important, I just hope…"The young girl quietly told herself as the moonlight reflected the hope in her eyes. "…That what he wants to tell me is what I want to hear…that he loves me."

As minutes started to come and go, and the night became darker, Yellow heard a familiar voice calling to her as she prepared to leave

"Yellow!!! Wait, don't go!!!"The familiar voice shouted from afar as a figured dressed in a mainly red attire, gradually came into view.The figure had beautiful flowing black wild and spiky hair covered by a red baseball cap, and equally beautiful red eyes that reflected the full moon's subtle shine. "I made it!!!"

Yellow looked to see the owner of the voice who was calling her, quickly filling her heart with happiness upon hearing the caring tone as he called her name.

"Finally!What took you so long, Slowpoke?" She mockingly, but happily greeted the boy from the distance. "Just a few feet away from love"She thought to herself.
"I'm no Ninjask!I'm human!Plus, you got here earlier than I expected, you know, the "fashionably late" rule?"He wittingly remarked very exhausted as he deeply breathed to send air down his tired lungs.

"Red, I don't follow that rule, and neither should you, anyway, what is this "important thing" you wanted to tell me?"She curiously asked, her hopes as high as the moon itself for a confession of love from Red.

"Well…the thing is I…I…"Red nervously mumbled, trying to find the right words for the "important thing"."I…well, I can't find the proper words for it, so I'll say it the way it is!I…le…le… "

"Yes, Red?"She asked as she anxiously awaited the confession."He: said 'I…le…le…', maybe that's 'I love you?Please let it be!!"She thought to herself.

The boy still mumbled and murmured as he tried to softly let his words escape.He let out a deep sigh and prepared to speak as the moonlight covered them both.

"I leave tomorrow…for another region, I was picked as an Elite Four for that region's Pokemon League.I'm sorry Yellow, but I have to.I know you weren't expecting this…And I've kinda always known what you feel, you love me, don't you?"Red sadly said, finally revealing this confession to Yellow.

"Oh…I see…"A depressed Yellow said as her dreams and hopes were crushed just upon hearing Red's last word."And yes…I do love you, but now I know you don't love me.Thanks, anyways, it's a beautiful night to cry."She said, quickly breaking into tears.

"No, Yellow, I actually do, I love you too!"Red said, pulling his head down in embarrassment, wildly blushing.

"You love me?!But it isn't enough to decline the offer of becoming an Elite Four and staying with me!?Right!?" Yellow furiously shouted in a mix of happiness, sadness, and anger as the crying intensified, covering Yellow's soft cream-colored cheeks in a watery blanket of tears that sparkled in the light of a midnight full moon and eventually falling into the lake causing many splishes and splashes.

"No, I'll die for you any day, that's how much I love you!"Red exclaimed, trying to put his best smile to cheer Yellow up.He then extended his arm to pat Yellow's shoulder, but only for Yellow to respond by backing away coldly.

"You know what?!My fondest memory happens to be in this very lake, remember?But know you've tainted that memory with your egoism and selfishness!"Shouted Yellow furiously, feeling as if her heart was crushed even harder, trying to forget that memory she loved so much, and Red from her heart.

"I know…It's my fondest one too, that moment, I treasure the most."Red claimed quietly, concentrating on that memory, that is so precious for both…

Chapter 2:That Cherished Memory…Is No More

"I remember… "Both Yellow and Red said at the same time as they thought of that evening, that they love so much.

"It was last summer, we were on this lake, fishing."Yellow explained, taking of her straw hat and letting her beautiful golden-colored ponytail flow with the wind as she set her mind on that memory.

"Come on, Yellow, the fish are going to go away!"Red yelled as he saw Yellow from afar carrying her fishing pole, her beautiful hair being hit by the fresh summer wind.
"I'm coming, just throw some food so they don't go away!"Yellow loudly responded as she gradually got closer to the bridge, catching a glimpse of a shining summer sunset, and does magenta-colored eyes she loves so much."There he is…so darn HAWT!!!!"She thought very googley eyed.

"Finally!What took you so long, Slowpoke?"Red wittingly remarked, a small smile covering his face."So cute!!!"He thought.

"Here I am!!!Reporting for fishing duty!!!"Yellow happily exclaimed, with a smile equally as large as Red's.

"Then let us begin!!Oh, if you get hungry I brought some food."Red said with his usual happy-go-lucky attitude as he gazed towards the sunset." Here it goes!"Red said, quickly pulling his high tech silver Super Rod fishing pole with many colored buttons and at the end of the string decorated by a very cute Misty-like lure, he grabbed it and quickly sent it to the water causing many splashes.

Meanwhile under the lake's shining water, a large serpent-like creature rapidly swims suddenly catching a view of the yummy looking Misty lure.Now back on the lake, the Super Rod starts to wiggles, it state-of-the art controls indicating a Pokemon has bitten the bait.

"Stupid Misty and her stupid lure, how dare she try to steal my man!"Yellow furiously thought, she obviously didn't want her one true love to end up with someone else."Huh?!RED!!!Your Super Rod caught something!!"She shouted trying to alert Red, who was busy stuffing himself with onigiri and other goodies of the hooked Pokemon.

"Huh!?My Super Rod!!You're out, fish!"Red shouted while still trying to fully swallow his food.He pulled and pulled, and eventually pulled out the fish, which to his surprise, was a very angry blue serpent , a Gyarados.

"Gyarados!!!!!!!!"Yellow screamed in paralyzing fear, her cheery expression transformed into an expression of deep fear and trauma.."Kill it!!!"

"But I left my balls at home, I can't capture it or battle it!"Red responded in an exasperated tone, however, his eyes shifted towards a leftover onigiri sitting by his backpack."That's it!I'll throw this onigiri, and hopefully, it'll follow!"He thought to himself, as he quickly took the leftover treat and sent it flying far away, the Gyarados swiftly responded by giving chase to the delicious rice snack, however Red overlooked that he still held the rod, and that the Gyarados was still hooked to it, as the large serpentine creature swiftly swam towards the treat, pulling Red along with it.

"Red!!!!"Yellow shouted, afraid for the well being of her secret love."Let go of the hook!!!!Come on!!! "

"AAHHHHH!!OKAY, OKAY!!!" Red yelled, also fearful for his well being, or was it for his new Super Rod?Who knows?He gradually weakened his grip on the metallic bar of the rod, until he fell on the water, causing a gigantic splash."Do you know how much that costs!!!!!!????"Red furiously asked, obviously not knowing that the serpent wouldn't understand his words.

"Red, I'm coming!!"Yellow screamed as she jumped from the bridge unto the lake to rescue Red.

"Great, my shirt's wet!!"Red sarcastically said to himself, beggining to lift his shirt up his neck and threw it at the lake, revealing a perfectly tanned chest, along with steel tough looking abs.Yellow could only gaze at them an imagine what would it feel to be pressed by them as she swam towards Red.

"My god, that…is…so SEXY!"Yellow screamed to herself inside her mind, gazing at Red's perfect abs."I'm almost there!!"She loudly claimed, until she eventually got to him.

"You know something?"Red quietly whispered to Yellow.

"What is it?"Yellow curiously asked as she stared at Red's magenta colored eyes that reflected disappearing sunlight.

"Your eyes are more beautiful in such a faint sunlight."He said as his head got closer to Yellow's and their streaks of hair hit each other.

"Yours too…I guess!"Yellow nerviously complimented Red's eyes as she started to blush and feel dizzy.

"Thanks!Aren't eyes cool?…and so is this!"He murmured, leaning towards for a kiss, eventually locking his and Yellow's lips in knot of passion as he began closing his eyes.

"Huh!!!!!!What is this!!!!He's kissing me!!Oh my god!!I better respond quickly!Close your eyes…don't be afraid, just let yourself go…"She thought very nervous and shocked, eventually letting herself go, slowly closing her eyes.

And so the dark night quickly came as they kissed for a few minutes.Once the kiss ended, Yellow couldn't help but to faint into Red's arms.

"Nice…Better take her home then."Said Red to himself, and to Yellow, who in her unconscious mind, the kiss played back and forth forever.

I'll try to make it better this time.Maybe the one who rated it is just some random idiot that can't elaborate.Chapter 3 is up:
Chapter 3:Teardrops On My Bed

"And that's pretty much it, but it's just a memory now."Yellow sadly said, sorrow drowning her eyes and tainting her eternal smile.

"It isn't just a memory, it's the event that defined the rest of my life, I knew I loved you, and that you loved me too.Please….forgive me!!!" Explained Red, trying to convince Yellow to not forget their love nor their happy memories together.

"Why should I forgive you?! You've ruined my life!You could stay with me, but you care about some fancy title more than me I guess!You're a horrible person!" An infuriated Yellow shouted, quickly breaking the silence around the lake with her falling tears and shouts.

"It's more than a fancy title, Yellow!I'm tired of being known as the tough trainer from Pallet Town, or the Pokemon League Champion!Do you know what I hear everyday when I go out?I hear:Look!It's Red, the League Champion!I want to be more than a pretty face, or a great trainer, I want to be more than that, and on that title depends the safety of our world, Y'know!"Red explained furiously to Yellow, who still crying, looked very shocked, Red had never been this angry, not even to Green, his long-time rival.His eyes'shade of magenta intensified with his rage.

"You'll still be achieving the same results if you accept that offer, be famous for battling!"Yellow pointed out, putting her hat back on, however she was still confused with some of red's words."And how does 'the safety of the world' depend on that title?"

"I can't tell you!"Red said, angry at Yellow's lack of trust.

"So you don't trust me enough to tell me?"Yellow angrily asked, tears running down her cream-shaded cheeks."I'm outta here!!"She yelled, running quickly, leaving Red to mourn by himself all alone in the beautiful lake.He stared at the water, catching a glimpse his reflection with anger.

"Idiot!"He said grimly, picking a small pebble and throwing it towards his reflection, quickly causing splashes and the disappearance of the reflection.

Yellow ran towards Viridian City, so she could finally get home, and shed the many tears left.As she ran through the Viridian Forest, the many eyes of the Pokemon there shifted there attention towards the blonde girl.The Pokemon began to cry too, feeling her sadness and sorrow.It was Yellow's special powers, once every few years, a child born in the forest will be born special powers that will allow the user to understand what Pokemon feel, and heal them.Yellow's powers had greatly developed over the years, increasing their range and giving her empathy towards Pokemon, being able to feel what they feel, and under strong emotional distress, Yellow's emotions could be felt by Pokemon.Yellow ran faster, her tears increasing quickly, her sight directed towards the shining lights of the crowded-urban Viridian City.Upon arriving, Yellow walked through the perfectly clean streets of the city, eventually stopping at a small brick house with a Viridian green ceiling.She began to reach to the golden doorknob, twisting it and pushing the red wooden door, wiping off the remaining tears of her cheeks, she entered the house.

"Hi, Yellow!"A blue-eyed brunette in sky blue top and perfectly sewn scarlet colored miniskirt greeted her happily, rising from a soft brown sofa and proceeding to hug her.She tightly tied her arms around Yellow's neck, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "Hey, sweetie!"

Yellow tried to break free from the girl's grip, who with each of Yellow's attempt to break free, only kept hugging her tighter."Blue!I need to breath too!"She angrily mumbled, as the girl quickly withdrew her embracing arms."That's better!Now, what are you doing here?"She curiously asked, stretching her sore neck.

"What?I can't come to visit my friend in Viridian City?"Blue intriguingly answered."I mean, it's been so long since we've seen each other, I just want to catch up with you."She added.

Yellow's sight shifted towards the sofa, where she saw a spiky haired brunette, with stunning emerald green eyes, in a mainly black attire. "Hey, Green!" Yellow greeted as she waved her hand.The boy replied by nodding his head, making the wild brown hair on it wave swiftly.

"I see you're still the quite one, Green."Yellow remarked with a blank face , to her dismay, the brunette was still the quite and polite teen from last time."Now, seriously, what did you come here for?"

"Something…we want to talk about something with you."Green explained cryptically, becoming the only one to break the silence in the room, much to Yellow's surprise.

"You talk!That's great!"Yellow sarcastically commented, igniting Green's fury."Just let me take a bath and we'll talk, wait for me upstairs in my room."She added, walking up the shiny wooden stairs towards the bathroom as Green and Blue looked at each other with a tentative grin.

"You wanna?" Blue asked a faint smile running through her face as she proceeded to climb up the stairs towards the blonde's room. "She did say that we should wait in her room, didn't she?"She claimed winking, closing in on the doorknob leading to the room.

Upon finishing her bath, Yellow pulled a cream colored towel from bathtub door, wrapping it around her body.Once getting out of the bathtub, she began to look for the clean fresh clothes she had picked out, or atleast she thought she did.She looked in dismay wondering is she really had picked her clothes.She sighted, putting her tender hand on the fine marble wall."Stupid me, if I haven't thought about 'him', I would have surely remembered my clothes!"She mumbled between her teeth."I hope Blue and Green haven't gotten to my room yet."Yellow said, combing her loose long and soft blond hair with a silver colored hairbrush, which had its handle inscribed. Yellow moved her petite fingers through the engraved text, setting her mind on the memory and significance it held."Silver gave this to me on my birthday."She quietly said, staring at the hairbrush quietly.Suddenly it stroke her mind, she still didn't have her clothes on."I better get my clothes, I don't plan on being naked for a while."She jokingly told herself as she began to open the wooden door leading to the hallway.Walking through the stripe printed hallways, she couldn't help to notice the sounds coming from her room."That annoying Pachirisu that lives on the tree must have opened crawled through the window, I told Chuchu not to let her shocking friends in!"She angrily said.As she got closer to the door, the rumbling intensified, she opened it ever so weary, and what she saw let her in shock."What the heck are you guys doing!!??"Yellow shouted furiously to the top of her lunges as she saw Blue and shirtless Green kissing in her bed."What the heck is happening her?!What's going on in my bed?!What are you guys doing naked from the top?!"

"I'm not shirtless…I still have my bra on!"Blue nervously replied, smiling out of embarrassment, as she proceeded put back her sky blue shirt.

"And Green, I want you to roast the mattress with your Charizard right now!What the heck were you guys thinking?!"Yellow protested, her rage burning harder, her face turning red with anger.

"Well, Green has nice hypnotic eyes, I could control myself!"Blue nervously explained, locking her hands together, gazing deeply a 'those hypnotic eyes' of Green.

"Yeah!And also, she has awesome Jigglypuffs!"Green protested, his heartbeat rising by just looking at those 'awesome Jigglypuffs' Blue had, quickly igniting Yellow's fury. "Don't get upset about what I said, yours are nice too! "He claimed, mistaking the source Yellow's anger being Blue's 'Jigglypuffs', trying to cheer up Yellow with a huge grin.

Hearing this infuriated Yellow to an explosion point."You little evil little rat!"Yellow mumbled furiously under her breath, holding tight the towel to her chest, stopping it from falling down on the floor, revealing her body.As time progressed and minutes passed, Yellow started to calm down, quickly changing her voice to that of the usual happy and cheerful Yellow.Letting out a deep sigh, she continued to speak."Can you guys go into the hallway so I can get dressed up, the we'll talk."She suggested, opening the door for them.Blue and Green immediately nodded in response to Yellow's motion as they prepared to exit.Before exiting, Green picked up his long sleeved black shirt as it laid neatly on the bed, quickly sliding it through his upper body.After both exited, Yellow gently closed the door.Minutes passed, and Yellow was dressed up."You guys can come in now!"She called them in.As both opened the door leading to the room, they saw Yellow, now sporting a pink short sleeved top and a pair Capri jeans, equally yellow as her eyes were.Her beautiful blonde hair was let loose to flow on the wind freely, finally, her small feet were shielded by a pair of black boot like Converse shoes, which bared a star shaped logo on the lower corner."Now what did you come to talk about?"She asked, curiosity overtaking her thoughts.

"It's about Red…He told us about what he wanted to tell you, and asked us to help you if you didn't take it the right way."Blue explained, pressing her white hat to her chest as she noticed Yellow's face fill with sadness, shown by her expressions.

"Oh…I see."Yellow said, instantly breaking into tears as she fell into her bead, soiling it with tears."I wish I didn't have let him out there, he probably hates me and has decided to go by now.I just wish I never had gone there!"She shouted in sorrow.

"Sweetie!Don't be like that!You can still make it tomorrow at the airport!You can tell him how much you love him, and maybe he'll stay.I know it worked for me!"Blue explained in an effort to cheer Yellow up, and upon uttering the last part, she looked towards Green with a smile and a blush.

"She's right."Green reassured to Yellow."Love can fix everything."He claimed, holding hands with Blue affectionately.

That night Blue and Green stayed along with Yellow, helping her survive through the long night ahead of them, while Yellow hoped for a bright tomorrow morning, in which she could stop Red from leaving.However, things don't always turn out the way we plan…or at least the way we hope they will.

I notice lots, and lots of big paragraphs...ow, my eyes. Chop those up...I'll go blind, dear.

WOW. Oh dear. This is...okay, first off, when a sentence ends, you hit the space bar. It's a writer's best friend(okay, second best...the keyboard hits the top). And the bold sentence is like a giganto run-on sentence. -twitch- It's bothering me.

Also, the continuous use of '?!' is...annoying, need to say? It creates an atmosphere where everyone is distressed...unless, that's what you were going for.

I like the plot idea, of course. I love SpecialShipping. <3 But, this does need a lot of grammatical work.
