Thanks to D_A and Anti's comments in my old thread, I came to realise just how bad my current team is. So I've decided to take their comments to heart, and merge their suggestions together to come up with this:

Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Tri Attack
- Thunderbolt
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam

This guy is all born and bred, with 31 Sp. Atk IVs and 30 in Speed. I know he has the inferior ability and it was pointed out to me that Scarf-Z is regarded as the inferior set. But I feel that a Sp. Atk stat of over 400 off the bat and speed to match, there isn't gonna be much standing in it's way if it gets the right Download. Again, I'm probably wrong.
---
Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 82 HP/252 Atk/176 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw

DDMence with it's EVS slightly tweaked thanks to D_A to outspeed the ever popular SDLuke.
---
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 160 HP/216 Spd/134 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Recover
- Rapid Spin

Starmie was suggested to me by Anti as a Mixape counter, although with different EVs to this. So I've decided to kill three birds with one stone after Swampy went mixed and dropped Steath Rock by making Star my spinner and putting SR on Forry. T-Bolt over Ice Beam because I think I've got Dragons pretty well covered, and provides me with a Gyara counter.
---
Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP/216 Def/54 SAtk
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump
- Roar

Swampy will be going mixed, and I've only just come to realise how effective this set can be. HP over Surf for that little extra power, Roar for phazing.
---
Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Gyro Ball
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Rest

Rest was suggested on Forry as to put Bliss' Aromatherapy to good use. Spikes and SR support here, Gyro Ball for attacking.
---
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def/40 SAtk/216 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled

Another set suggested by D_A. Since I don't have access to ST, this will suffice. A little tweak of the EVs from my old Bliss, and NC over SG.
---

I'm sure this team still has a few kinks that need ironing out, so all critisism is accepted on these guys. I think the ones that need adressing are P-Z and Swampy.

On sally, ever since SD Lucario has become popular, i bump my speed to 280 to outspeed its Stone Edge, the spread is 82 hp / 252 att / 176 speed. So you want have to rely on forry walling it, which is a bad thing to do as it gets wrecked by CC.

Know what also ? I think you could get away with Flamethrower on Bliss >> Ice Beam, seeing as you lack a fire move.

In no such way is Download the inferior ability, rather it's Adaptability that's worse. 1.5x boost for SpAtk >>> 2x STAB for Tri-Attack.

But not all times is 1.5x Sp.Atk, It can be also attack. And expecting a switch to a Special Wall like Blissey, the attack will be boost. So it will be useless against Special Walls, Which is really bad....

Porygon-Z:
Very good, I can't say something about this

Slamence:
1. Salamence: Aerial Ace instead of Dragon Claw, against Medicham
other Salamence: Brick Break instead of Dragon Dance against Weavile but, only if you give Salamence the item choice scarf, so Salamence is faster than(not very popular)

Swampert:
Waterfall/Ice Beam/Hammer Arm/Stealth Rock(12.5% against, Graspokemon how Sceptile)
EVs: 240 HP/120 Def/94 Atk/54 SAtk

Blissey:
Seismic Toss/Aromatherapy/Counter/Softboiled

SDLuke and Heracross pose a significant threat to your team, dealing a lot of damage to Salamence and Forretress, and KOing the rest of your pokemon. Dragonite also poses a significant threat with Outrage and Fire Punch, a DD in could result in your team getting raped.

First, I will address Porygon-Z, Scarf-Z. I feel 90 base speed is low for a scarfer, and it does not outrun a lot of stuff that it can and KO. Not to mention P-Z is kinda easily walled by the ever present Steel-types, and common defensive leads like Bronzong would ruin your day. I still don't get why people lead with Scarfers, a lot of the pokemon who lead completely shut them down, or would switch out.
Something else > Scarf-Z, I would suggest a Life Orb Deoxys-E.

I strongly suggest making your Salamence a BulkyRoost DDMence, a counter to Heracross and Lucario which your team has trouble with.

Salamence @ Life Orb
Jolly, 220 HP/18 Attack/196 Defense/76 Speed
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Roost

Starmie should run CounterStar as it best fits your team, Ice Beam over Rapid Spin. Starmie isn't a surefire Infernape and Gyarados counter, I suggest Vaporeon over Starmie, with Surf/HP Elec/Wish/Protect, and dedicate another slot to Salamence and Dragonite.

On Forretress, I feel it is almost a hindrance to your team, not providing effective walling and Spikes/SR isn't really beneficial to your team. I would prefer Bronzong > Forretress, for better walling in general, as well as keeping the nice resistances.
You might choose to run another sweeper but Bronzong is superior in dealing with Salamence and the other Dragons, as well as stopping Weavile and Mamoswine.

Yeah because Medicham can survive a DD Life Orb Boosted Dragon Claw =/. AA is underpowered and therefore doesnt merit a moveslot, his mence set is fine.

BB yes, but not >> DD itself, you will outspeed Weavile after a DD anyways, so Choice Scarf is moot.

Swampert:
Waterfall/Ice Beam/Hammer Arm/Stealth Rock(12.5% against, Graspokemon how Sceptile)
EVs: 240 HP/120 Def/94 Atk/54 SAtk

With that few Def evs its going to be crippled as a defensive pokemon.

LOL Swampert without EQ, you can tell thats awesome. Not.

Hydro pump outdamages Waterfall in nearly ALL situations.

Blissey:
Seismic Toss/Aromatherapy/Counter/Softboiled

If you use counter your opponent will become smart and just Sword Dance, Dragon Dance up <insert stat up move here> and then just own you regardless. Counter is novelty at best.

I know, but it give this moveset too and a few(not many gamer play Salamence with this) and this movesets are played often special against this Sweeper like Weavile, Mediacham,... it was only a proposal if he knows, that this opponent often use a Waevile or so(Weavile is the best Counter for Salamence) to defeat the Pokemon

Swampert:
Waterfall/Ice Beam/Hammer Arm/Stealth Rock(12.5% against, Graspokemon how Sceptile)

Yes I know, my moveset for Swampert is bad, I plan this moveset by myself, I haven't test it yet and I planed to play Swampert with the Rindo Berry, enough time, to use Ice-Beam( I think about this and think Avalanche is better, so you can forget Ice Beam and take Avalanche, so the new EVs:240 HP/216/ Def/54 Atk and instead of Stealth Rock EQ(STAB), Waterfall(better Hit Rate then Hydro Pump), Hammer Arm, Avalanche(against Gras/Poison)
And Swampert is better in physical attacks
But it's only an offer

Blissey:
Seismic Toss/Aromatherapy/Counter/Softboiled

Not all Pokemon are booster, and if the opponent Pokemon will boost you can still use Seismic Toss.
I know, that Blissey have no chance against ghost-type Pokemon, but this is on of the famoust movsets and it's really good, you only need a Counter against Ghost-type-Pokemon

And sorry,I have knowledge, I'm often at home, think of movesets, combinations, breeds.
And often I test them against friends in a Battle and rate with them after the Battle over the Pokemon

I take a lot of my time with Pokemon, I play now about 650 hours in D/P(Yes if you wish I can make a pic of them),....
I know that I am never the best, but I am not bad.
I have over 24 sheets of paper with Pokemon movesets and so on
It give a lot of movesets for Pokemon and nobody can say: "This is the best moveset for this Pokemon"
I'm sorry about Swampert and Counter for Blissey, I haven't test Swampert yet, but I try to make a good moveset on my own.

PS: Sorry if that's spam

Froom your posts, I'm guessing that English isn't your first language...

Look, I appreciate you trying to help, but as the stickies say, you shouldn't rate without proper knowledge. You may have some knowledge, but whether it's competitively-orientated or not is another story.
