I've had the same team on my Diamond for a while now, so I decided it was time for a change. Here's what I've come up with.

Yanmega @ ?
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd/ 6 HP
Modest Nature
Ability: Speed Boost
-Bug Buzz
-Air Slash
-Protect
-Hypnosis

The lead. Protect the first turn and let speed boost kick in. Bug Buzz and Air
Slash for STAB. Hypnosis for scary things. The usual.

Skarmory @Leftovers?
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Spd
Impish Nature
-Drill Peck
-Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind

It's Skarmory.

Swampert @Leftovers?
EVs: ?
? Nature
-Earthquake
-Avalanche
-Waterfall
-Stealth Rock/Stone Edge?

No too sure how to use Swampert, but I like it's defenses and resistances.

Absol @ ?
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Jolly Nature
Ability: Super Luck
-Swords Dance
-Psycho Cut
-Stone Edge
-Night Slash/Sucker Punch

I love Absol's high attack power, not to mention how awesome super luck is. Psyco Cut and Stone Edge already have a high chance for a critical hit. So does Night Slash, but Sucker Punch is a bit stronger and always hits first.

Espeon @ ?
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Timid Nature
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Grass Knot
- ?

It's my favorite Pokemon and it has great Special Attack. Not sure what to do with the last attack spot. I really don't want hidden power, because I don't think I'm lucky enough to get the right IVs and the right hidden power.
I could also replace Espeon with another Special Sweeper if people think that's better.

Nidoking @ ?
EVs: ?
? Nature
-Earthquake
-Megahorn
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt

Going for a mixed sweeping Nidoking. Really just need an EV spread for this guy.

So there you go. As you can see I'm not good with items, I'm in need of some EV spreads and some natures, and the movesets need some critiquing. I also would love to know if there are any Pokemon that would cause me major problems. Thanks.

Yanmega @ Wide Lense
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd/ 6 HP
Modest Nature
Ability: Speed Boost
-Bug Buzz
-Air Slash
-Protect
-Hypnosis

Wide Lense makes Hypnosis have a much higher chance of hitting.

Skarmory @Leftovers?
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Spd
Impish Nature
-Drill Peck Brave Bird
-Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind

Brave Bird hits much harder and it much more useful. Roost off recoil damage.

Swampert @Leftovers?
EVs: ?
Relaxed Nature
-Earthquake
-Avalanche
-Waterfall
-Stealth Rock/Stone Edge Toxic/Roar

Add one of these into your moveset, Swampy is bulky and can phaze and poison with great succesion.

Absol @ ?
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Jolly Nature
Ability: Super Luck
-Swords Dance
-Psycho Cut
-Stone Edge
-Night Slash/Sucker Punch

Fine

Espeon @ ?
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Timid Nature
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Grass Knot
- Calm Mind

Don't like Espeon, but go for a CM set so you can survive better in the metagame.

Nidoking @ Leftovers/Life Orb
EVs: 252 Speed/192 SpA/60 Att
Modest Nature
-Earthquake
-Megahorn
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt

Mixking eh? I max out speed and deposit 192 EV's into SpA, the rest in Att.

So there you go. As you can see I'm not good with items, I'm in need of some EV spreads and some natures, and the movesets need some critiquing. I also would love to know if there are any Pokemon that would cause me major problems. Thanks.
I hope this helps you, but consider better Poke's.

Yanmega @ leftovers / Life Orb / Wise Glasses
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd/ 6 HP
Modest Nature
Ability: Speed Boost
-Bug Buzz
-Air Slash
-Protect
-Hypnosis

Fine.

Skarmory @Leftovers / Shed Shell
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Spd
Impish Nature
-Drill Peck /Brave Bird
-Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind

Consider a Shed Shell, to escape Magnezone. Drill peck Sucks tbh, Brave Bird is better, but its up to you.

Swampert @Leftovers
EVs: 240 hp / 212 def / 56 sp.att
Relaxed Nature
-Earthquake
-ice Beam
-Surf / Hydro pump
-Stealth Rock.

Mix pert out damages physical swampert, and you can then ohko mence with Ice Beam without intimidate and Surf/H-Pump can do something to bulky ground types. Hydro pump 2hkos Skarm, Forry and Weezing which is cool as they are capable of walling you all day long otherwise. Use SR in that last slot.

Absol @ Life Orb / Expert Belt/ Leftovers
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Jolly Nature
Ability: Super Luck
-Swords Dance
-Psycho Cut
-Stone Edge
-Night Slash/Sucker Punch

yep..

Espeon @ Choice Specs
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Timid Nature
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Grass Knot
- Hidden power Fighting

Nidoking @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 Atk / 168 Sp.A / 88 Spe
Naughty Nature
-Earthquake
-Megahorn
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt /Fire Blast

Yeah, comments in bold.

You may want a Mixape counter, and maybe a gyarados counter too. Starmie could fit that role. >> Espeon IMO.

Id also suggest that you REALLY need a special wall. Nothing here really can take a special hit.
