I would say Roost >> Crunch on Mence, you have no spinner and it being weak to Stealth Rock, and all, it helps it deal with residual damage. Crunch isnt needed here IMO, you have like gengar and Weavile for psychic/ghost etc walls anyways.

However foe Swords Dance weavile kinda rip through you, i do think something such as metagross could go here possible >> Weavile ?

CB Metagross Set? What would that look like, I'm assuming it gets pursuit.

That Weavile set is more a revenge killer and will struggle as your only physical sweeper.
SDLuke over Weavile maybe?

[email protected] Band
Adamant
252HP/244Att/12Def
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Explosion
Thunderpunch/Pursuit/Bullet Punch
Standard according to smogon. I myself prefer Pursuit over explosion and Thunderpunch in the final slot.

[email protected] Band
252 HP /232 ATT / 12 DEF / 8 SPEED
Adamant Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Thunderpunch / Ice Punch / Explosion / Bullet punch
- Pursuit

Evs here ensure you survive a CB Dugtrios Earthquake

3rd slot is up to you, T-Punch deals with Bulky waters, Ice Punch deals with Zapdos and dragons mainly, Explosion is explosion. Or you can use Bullet Punch for Priority.

If you dont want Pursuit, one of the moves in slot 3 can go>>it

Shoddy was just trying out the team, it's for WiFi once I get everything sorted, yes I know breeding HP [Electric] is going to be a pain.

Kind of a bad Weavile and Mamoswine weakness. Bronzong covers them both - although it begs the question what you were going to replace in the first place. Anyway I would discourage including Bronzong, what I would recommend is a Swampert -

Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed, 240 HP/216 Def/52 SpA

Hydro Pump
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Roar/Focus Punch

FP allows you to take Blissey down, switchin to it and use Earthquake, predict a Softboiled and Blissey gets hit with a Focus Punch that would do ~60% to Blissey.

I would scrap Weavile for Swampert.

Anyway you could put Stealth Rock and slap Swords Dance on Gliscor, running this spread:

116 HP/136 Attack/142 Def/116 Speed

to outspeed and KO Adamant Lucarios.

What I would recommend would be a ScarfHeatran over Gengar, allowing it to take random Outrages/Draco Meteors and outspeed and KO.

Lead with Swampert to stop Ttar and Jolteon/Zapdos right off the bat.

(Note: Swampert still can't take repeated punishment from Mamoswine so yeah ; [ )
