Charge Beam has only 50 base power which is very weak and contradictory to Jolteon's goal that is to sweep.

Your variation of Mixpert isn't beneficial. It still gets walled by the ubiquitous physical walls - all of them sans Gliscor can take Ice Beam. IB also possesses the drawback of being unable to deal with Salamence, Dragonite and Garchomp as efficiently due to Swampert's lower SpA. Hydro Pump > Waterfall.

BIG Gliscor problems, walling Hera, Heatran and Champ, your best bet is to stick Ice Punch > Stone Edge. Frankly Machamp's defenses are only around average and it wouldn't stand up to physical hits much, especially when you've got an alternative RestTalker in Heatran removing the need to install Champ.

Zapdos > Jolteon as it provides vital support for your team walling Metagross among others, as well as having bulkier Subs and being able to do the exact same thing with higher SpA but albeit lower speed, something you wouldn't need to concentrate on.

Azelf = Pursuit bait, no questions asked. I'm only a fan of the kamikaze elf, which is to say I don't think a NP Zelf works well because it is walled by a lot of common stuff. U-turn does NOT null Pursuit as if Azelf is faster it would take the full brunt of Pursuit.

If Wobb had Countered the U-turn Jolt would be down easily.

mk so im switching edge for ip
and possibally taking out jolt for zapdos
well im back at square one for my lead so i guess i need suggestions for that once more


i also lack first priority moves so im gonna try using this edited set im about to post

Mixmence does not run Dragon Dance. It runs Roost or Crunch over Dragon Dance. =/

i like being different. its a "surprise". its faster than one of pcs fastest pokemon after one dd and after two its faster than virtually everything unboosted, so thats why i want dd and thats why i put the hp evs towards spA.

but that should be about it. no truely visible threats accept pursuit ice shard vile on 3 pokes

While I too like surprises like making an Articuno that counters CB Weavile, DD has no use. It only boosts Brick Break, which is 1/3 of the 3 attacking moves. Not really that useful, now does it? =/
