I'm posting here because I tried before in the q&a section but it didnt get any replies, so I'm trying my luck here.

I want to Ev train to get a speedy Victreebel. Right now I am breeding but will eventually get a suitable nature for my Bellsprout. However, once I've bred it I don't know what I should do with it being level 1. What should I do to get its levels up so it can actually battle in the wild? Does it matter as to how I want to ev train it until its at a battle in the wild level?

Also, I know it may be a sucky Pokemon for online battle, but it is one of my favorites. :)

Since EXP Share passes not only XP but IVs, get a strong Pokemon and give your Bellsprout EXP Share. Wait till it gets to a suitable level, and start OHKO'ing Starly.

IV's as well? Does that mean the IV's can be increased this way?

What level and pokemon should I fight in the meantime until its at the suitable level, and what with? Like, cos I want speed evs does this mean if i fight say a high level speedy monster with my lvl70 infernape with exp share on my bellsprout until its good to battle starly's?

I wouldn't mind a suitable IV measure i.e. Alert to sounds, since this wil tell me that the speed of the monster is the highest set iv... I think. So I'm going to breed to try and get a speed IV reading just so I know its a speed one. im not too bothered about how strong the IVs are though, because it looks waaaaay too confusing to work out and maths is definatley not my thing. lol
