Today I restarted the game. Can you guess why. I have this anoying little cousin who found my pokemon pearl cartridge. He said he wanted the game. So I guess when he saw it he wanted to play. That wouldn't really bother me most times. After all he's eight and knows what he's doing. The thing is he got an action replay for christmas. He probably thought the game was to hard since he got out his action replay and started maxing out my pokemons stats. I had know idea he was doing this. Until I wanted to play the game. I looked all over the house for that cartrige until I decided to ask him what he was doing. He told me he "found" my game. I said thanks but when I started to play Ifound my party with maxed out level, defense, speed etc. I got mad at him and told him not to touch my games again. Since these where my favorite pokemon I erased my progress.
So I have a couple of questions. 1. Are the files completly erased or is there some sort of record saved and two do you have any great ideas on where I could hide my games when I visit?

You can hide them...no that might be painful... Just beat your cousin up and tell him if he ever touches your stuff again, you'll "hurt" him...

Each berry lowers a stat...
Pomeg(HP), Kelpsy(Atk), Qualot(Def), Hondew(Sp. Atk), Grepa(Sp. Def), Tamato(Spd)...
It works... When my friend received a hacked Gyarados, he just used these berries to 'normalize' back the stats.

The berries only minus the EVs, so if his cousin hacked the actual stats up to 999 or whatever, then the berries won't work.

Baby, I know which code he is refering to... He is saying the AR code which allow you to bypass the limit... Did you know that EV and stat are related?

Yeah, I know that EVs boost stats. I thought that he meant he bypassed the stat limit without changing the effort values. I'm not familiar with cheats, so my bad on that.

To answer your questions and then lock this, as it could have been posted in the Q&A thread:

1.) No. After deletion, there is NO WAY to get your old save file back. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

2.) I just reccomend you leave your DS out, so your cousin can play on your other games when he comes, and keep the games you don't want them to play in your pocket. The DS card is very small and easily hideable in your various pockets, and you know where it is becuase it is about your person.

*locks*
