Well, I want to EV train my Blaziken for Defense and Special Defense, but I'm sure it's too late, as it's level 57; what do you guys think? What should I do?

mmmm....At this point you'll probably have to breed another one and start over o.o

That shouldn't take incredible long though....What i'm concerned about are those EVs you want to give him. Blaziken doesn't really benefit from higher defenses. You'll probably want to go with plain old attack and speed with Adamant/Jolly nature. It'll help you a lot more that way =)

dont ev train the torchic straight away, wait till it gets pokerus, and then give it macho brace (quadtriples the amount of EV's u get)

I would recommend the same thing. But if you like the nature and IV's of your Blaziken, you could EV wipe it with Berries as an alternative.

It's not late. First, give it a couple of vitamins for each stat you want. Then, EV train them until Lv.100. Simple.

Why on earth would you want to raise a blaziken in defenses?

It's never too late to EV a pokemon unless you reach 100. If you can acquire enough of berries 21-27 (-EV berries) you can start again at level 99.
