ScarfTran offers more switch ins imo. It also does more damage with Fire Blast than Bug Buzz. I'll consider it though, thanks.

Timid Scarfmega gives you a Scarftran revenge kill with HP Ground. Tinted Lens is my new favourite ability. =D

Hmm, this is hard. The only thing I'm worried about is that SR weakness. SR is VERY common in the metagame.

yah, that's why Yanmega isn't used as much as it could have been... =(

Why not Scarf Zapdos? Hidden Power Ground >>> Ice. Outspeeds Electivire even after Motor Boost and KO's, while also resisting fighting moves. Can OHKO Hera with Extrasensory and outspeeds Scarfcross iirc.

Does Zapdos hit as hard as Scarftran? I was mainly using it since it could basically come in on things like Jirachi, Celebi, Zapdos, etc... And immediately threaten it. It could also OHKO Nape, Cross, and Luke.

It hits things in a different way. Modest Scarf hits harder by base standards, but they do different things...

I'd rather keep Scarftran. I've grown quite attatched to the thing.

Porygon2
Weezing
TTar
Machamp
Heatran
Suicune

Switches in with Intimidate, provides fighting resist and ground resist. EV's outspeeds neutral tyranitar before DD, and Garchomp after DD. Only 4HKO'd by CB Heracross Stone Edge. (Without Stealth Rock damage)

~T_S

I think you may want to do some calcs for that

Damage: 36.04% - 42.13% From -1 scarf Hera's Stone Edge (3hko)

Damage: 53.55% - 62.94% from CB Hera Stone Edge (+0 due intimidate negating CB) (More than likely 2hko)

I also wouldnt worry about vire, it cant get past Machamp anyway =/.

Great team, but shouldn't Porygon2 use a bit more SpA EVs? And what about Ice Beam on Suicune?

No, because P2 should be focusing on walling as that's where it does best; not sweeping.

It's Crocune. What it can't hit, it outstalls with Pressure. HP Electric gives better coverage with Surf, anyway...
Yes, HS, you're not the only one to use the Highlight

CroCune doesn't have Ice Beam because that would severely limit it's ability to stall. Surf hits everything in the game, barring Water Absorbers, who I can outstall 1 vs. 1 with Pressure.

Porygon2 isn't really a special attacker; it already OHKO's, 2HKO's what I need to. And if I wanted offensive P2, I'd use the Charge Beam set.

@ D_A

Yeah, I wasn't going to use Rest-Talk Gyara anytime soon :S I'm using Weezing in that place, and from tests, it's working wonderfully.

Why won't you ask a Mod to change the title. >=[

Anyhoo, a nitpick, but I like Fire Blast >> Flamethrower on Weezing.

I would go with Flamethrower because on Weezing you are more likely to be stalling and you don't want to run out of PP.

...

I ran calcs and it was around 32% - 35% damage after Intimidate. (Not including Leftovers recovery)
