Team with plenty of immunities. Switch in on fire, thunder, normal, fighting, ground etc. Heatran with scarf hits decent speed provided i get it in on a fire move it can outspeed most and deal heaps of damage with overheat.
Possibly a bit to offensive. Might bring in something like a porygon 2 which can come in on heatrans, vires, vaporeons etc and take a few hits.

My point being, is that Quiet doesn't do a good enough job on tyraniboah. If you desire speed so much, go Hasty, as it has adds speed and lowers defense. Modest, however, is better, and Focus Punch still does a considerable amount of damage. It also has no effect on speed and is neutral.
