It doesn't add music, it just says what you're listening to.
Regardless, it's from FoxyTunes, a firefox add-on, that I'm assuming you've installed. It's nothing that was added on PC.
I'm going to assume you didn't click the link.
If you're listening to music in one of these players and (I'm assuming) click that icon down there...
It'll paste the "Now playing:" thing at the bottom of your post
Also, since we've established this hasn't anything to do with PC, I'm going to move this to Computer/Technology Discussion.
You're the one who installed the extension... o_O; Anyway, you should check if that's one of the settings you can turn on/off in the extension's option. If you aren't using it and it's bugging you, you should look into it.
For those who can't figure out how to disable the Signatunes feature of FoxyTunes, here's how:
Press the orange music note on the FoxyTunes toolbar (probably at the bottom of your browser window). A menu will pop up, go to Configuration, then Sigatunes then Options. On the bottom of the list you should see "Disable Signatunes and remove button". Check that box. Done.
