I don't have a friend to help make them. I'm trying to get a Lv. 43 or higher Liechi berry Poffin.... the highest I've gotten is Lv. 38 (I reset so I don't lose berries), and my quickest was like.. 44 seconds..

My problem is being afraid of overflow, but my bigger problem is the stir switching. Going to the right just kills my momentum. Especially on the last phase (blue) I go so fast that if it swaps direction on me, it takes a little bit longer to get, uh, "whoad" up in time to go in the other direction....... just in time to get screwed over again and have to stir backwards! Aah!

Can someone give me any tips or is this just practice makes perfect?

I think it's a pracyice makes perfect sorta ting. The only thing that helps is if you make poffins with someone on another ds making poffins. So you need friends to make really good poffins.Other than that there is nothing I can help you with.

You are correct, practice makes perfect. I've found that if I go fast, even with 2 spills, I got a Lv. 42 Pokeblock. Or Poffin. Whatever they're called.

So I have two of them so far. I was shooting for 43 or higher but I don't know if I'll ever get that good.

I also notice that my DS's batteries die faster with this constant use of the touch screen.

Doesn't Platinum have Wifi Poffinblock maker?

Yes, it does. You have to go to the "Wifi-Place" to get access to the Wifi Poffin Maker.
By doing this, you can make poffins with people around the world(?)...
making it a easier way for creating higher-leveled poffins.
Not to mention that the Poffin Maker looks like a Swalot.

Speaking of which, can you make poffins with anyone? Or it has to be friends?

Good luck with your extreme poffin making. I'm quite terrible at it, so I've got no advice, sorry. x_x
