The song list looks just "eh" for me...But I'm mostly getting it for the song-creator tool...It's going to be quite epic =P
Unless lyrics work the way that I dont think they will, that wont be brilliant.

Create your own characters and some of the normal playable characters excite me though.

I don't care too much about the lyrics function...I'm just looking forward to hear what a couple of my song ideas sound like =P

I'm probably getting it, since I really like rythm games regardless of the set list [yes, I don't listen to rock and I know of probably four or five of those songs].

But the create-a-song thing got me really excited! I believe I'll playing with that mode a lot~

It does let you.

Its not so bad, GH III's list was better but this is decent.

Downloadable content should help a bit aswell. Oasis and Metallica.

I guess but...Hang on!

I bet you anything it doesn't let you download extra songs for wii...

Always overlooked -.-

What are you guys talking about? This song list is far better than GHIII! Just disappointed no Disturbed in there (not that is saw)

But on a similar list I saw 10k fists... was it left out?

Also, you guys are probably saying the song list is bad because you haven't heard of many of these bands. Most of them are really good.

I got World Tour!
:D:D:D:D:D

I must say, the graphics are simply amazing, the songs are better than I expected, and the slider is wonderful!

I am a bit disappointed in the Song Creator, because it is extremely hard to use and play, so that was a major down for me.

I currently beat Zack Wyled (is that how you spell it?) and it is just a terrific game in general.

Oh, i cannot wait! Apparntely it's way much better than Rock Band. The song creator option sounds totally insane, i can't wait! Although it sounds pretty expensive.. anyone got a vague idea on how much it'll cost in pounds?

I honestly can't tell what the big differences are that make people say it's not Rock Band. I play both and honestly it feels exactly the same besides the set lists of course. To me these games are more about gameplay than caring about which one came out first. The gameplay is practically the same in Rock Band 1/2 and Guitar Hero 3/4 and the guitar gameplay has been exactly the same across all the games since GH2. In my opinion GH2 is better than RB 1/2 and GH3/4. So basically to me it's the same and I will continue to play both because they're both good, but RB gets the edge on DLC, it's a pretty big edge though.

I mean, seriously guys, stop giving it really bad feedback. Give it time, they will fix some stuff, and it hopefully it should be better! Although they really rushed some of the features. They should of slowly put the drums and mic in, and then save the cool features for later.

I said, give them a chance. Nobody was expecting it to be perfect now, where they? I'm just making a point that they could've released it later, and made it better. Yes, you can give it back feedback all you want. But it's only been out a few days, give it a try, and you'll probably get used to it.

I bought this expecting it to not be as good as my Rock Band 2, and my original thoughts proved true. The RB series is laid out so much nicer, and the tracklist was overall stronger (plus the massive amount of DLC that GH has no chance of beating in the foreseeable future). I only bought GHWT to make a comparison and play the tracks that weren't on Rock Band 2 aka "What I've Done" by Linkin Park. *shot*

My brother had to write a review comparing GH; World Tour and Rock Band.
About GH is better for some reasons - I don't know. XD;
Anyway;

I am excited about it. Drumming is always awesome :D
And I will be buying all instruments with my brothers.
