I haven't tried to make a deck based around synchro monsters before,so I need suggestions.

Besides the fact that hardly anything adds up to 8 here, this deck needs some work.
- The high level monsters, such as Blue Eyes, Dark Magician, Yubel, and Serpent Night Dragon (which is a pile of poo anyways), don't belong in this deck. They don't help you make any Synchro combos, and only act as really big monsters that you'll seldom summon
- Shield Warrior / Handcuffs Dragon / Nobleman-Eater Bug / Ghost Gardna all suck, seriously.
- Rescue Cat has no viable targets, except Quillbolt Hedgehog, which renders its semi-limited effect useless.
- Premature Burial is banned.
- De-Spell / Remove Trap / De-Synchro suck. You'll prefer a single copy of Giant Trunade, Heavy Storm, and maybe Twister if you swing that way.
- Reload with purpose, Magical Mallet for all else.
- Jar of Greed wants out.
- Nutrient Z wants out.
