What are you planning to do to your computer? Change Theme?, Change OS?, Change Anti-Virus?,etc.

Me, I'm planning to remove Kasperky and change to AVG because Kasperky is to Overprotective, and to add a Bricopack and Vista looking-like mods.

ARGHH!!!!!
If anyone needs help in their hack, PM me, plus if anyone needs help in transforming their XP Computer to another OS PM me also.

I plan to keep using mine until Apple releases a Macbook Pro with USB 3.0 and BluRay (most likely around this time Next year or perhaps the Spring of 2010)
as for another computer I have control over I'll probably just install Kubuntu 8.10 with Compiz Fusion effects for the fun of it.

The computer I'm not using the post this, I'd like to get... a new everything, almost.
Just imagine a horizontal unit with a large CRT monitor on top running stuff like CoD4 on relatively high graphical settings. Dual OS, XP and Kubuntu.
I have a lot of spare ≤256MB RAM chips, will stuff them into the motherboard if I can.

The computer I am using to post this, it has served its time and is half dead. It only needs a new hard drive, but given what I'll be getting by 2009, it'll probably get that hard drive and be given to one of my siblings.

I'll be getting a lot of money soon through EMA... more money than I've ever had. ¦D

Get that Abobe Reader thing to view PDFs.... upgrade gm7 to the Pro Version...
Replace the missing keys on the keyboard, and get a few screws to hold the hard drive in place.

Not much i can do on a Laptop. =/

I plan on buying more RAM as I've recently gotten into MMORPG/FPS games, and this 512 mb of RAM just won't cut it. But first I need to learn how to install the thing without destroying my computer or going crazy.

No, I just prefer the KDE 4 GUI over GNOME. (I mean Kubuntu and Ubuntu are pretty much the same thing. anyway) I dispached my VLC 0.8.6 in favour of version 0.9.5 recently.

Got a new pewter for my birthday about a month ago so i don't need to upgrade it for performance.

I do plan to get windows blinds and stuff, Adobe CS4, carry on with multimedia, gaming.

Hardware I'd like a second monitor for a dual monitor set-up. Think you can get a blu-ray drive for <£70 and in the future I'll get a bigger hard drive. Also spotted a combi SIM./Memory card reader which would be helpful.

Also in the future i'd like to, if needed, get a netbook with Ubuntu, just to try out something new. I've tried out new things before and liked them so I may with this. Thing is i'd be WAYYY too tempted to put loads of old games on there and media. I'd have problems with space and running the old games well, though.

Plans...? None, just keep using it. When I move out, buy my own computer then I'll have plans for it. Till then I'll use the little bomb in the corner to access PC.
I don't really do much on the computer so something good would be pointless. However I wouldn't setting up a widescreen monitor :)

Well, my laptop is currently getting it's motherboard replaced due to the older one dieing on me, so I suppose that is one change.

After that, and replacing old software, I suppose I might change the theme and update my antivirus/spyware protection. I suppose I will have to be even more careful with the darn thing this time around.
