First posts can be anything, right? Looking around this forum, there's nothing that conflicts, so this should be allowed, right?

Do any of you have food that you don't particularly like? Whether it's a part of a dish or just the whole meal altogether? Fruits? Cereals? Greens?

On the topic of greens, I eat any kind of vegetables that aren't poison (of course) and aren't cooked. I absolutely hate cooked spinach. And with fruits, I don't like the smell of durian and I don't like eating it either.

Yeah, I'm a vegetarian, herbivorous. So I am picky about food I eat. I don't eat meat. I eat fish and chicken meat sometimes but only a little. I eat fruits and I don't have problem eating durian. It may have foul odor but it has good taste. Tastes like ice cream, hehehe...

Food is awesome!
I am not too picky, but if I don't like something, I don't eat it. Simple.
Although I do like most things, I eat nearly all fruits, and vegetable, most meats. I am kind of an all rounder, bit of everything!

I don't like onions, tomato (yet I'm fine with ketchup, what the heck ?_?) and surprising to some people, sea food. So yeah, I HATE sea food. :x I'd say I'm picky with food, yeah. XD;

I utterly despise corn, it's one of those foods I've had ever so frequently when I was younger, therefore I've gotten tired of it. Same deal with carrots, though I tolerate them a little better. I also have a very strong disliking towards Cauliflower, there is nothing about its taste that appeals to me at all.

I have a horrible distaste for onions. People who know of my distaste have tried to hide the fact that they used them in cooking, but I can still manage to find them. XD

I also cannot stand Greek food. I usually dislike labeling a food-group like that, but I've found it to be a simple mathematical formula: "If the Greeks make it, I will hate it." I have yet to find something Greek that I like, heh. I can't stand feta cheese for one, and the same goes for that white sauce.

And besides that, there are a few meat items I usually refuse to eat based on my twisted morals. I grew up with lamb and ducks, so I tend to avoid eating their meat. The same goes for dog meat, but you don't see much of that in Canada so I don't have to worry about it. However, we had a lot of chickens growing up, and I still eat chicken quite a bit. XD

Vegetables are never poisonous. A vegetable is any edible part of a plant :} (Apples = Vegetables :S)
Anyway, I'm fussy bout food...won't catch me without half my dinner scraped to the side :]

I HATE sea food. :x
It's horrible, isn't it? >_>

I'm picky, yes, very picky actually. xD
I don't like tomatoes, cabbage, seafood, most salad (anything apart from cucumber or lettuce is bleurgh).

It'd probably be easier to list what I do like. xD

All fruit, ever since I was very young I have been unable to eat fruit, I just refused to eat it; I thought it was time I tried eating fruit when I was more mature and gave it a go and it made me physically sick; I tried about 30 different types and all of them had the same affect I'm not sure why I have this with fruit I cannot eat any of it. Also I refuse to eat takeaways or ready meals aswell or anything like McD's other than that I will eat anything.

I don't like any vegetable that's not a tuber; I especially dislike cucumbers.
I don't like any fruit that's not a berry; I especially dislike apples (apple juice is okay though, oddly enough).
I'm very picky about many other things. No, what am I saying. I actually have no choice in the matter; if I was made to eat an apple I would probably actually be sick.

I thrive on cereals and dairy more than anything; nice for me then that they compliment each other well.

I'd like to be able to eat even just a normal variety of things... I don't have any allergies, I just can't eat many things because they taste revolting, have an equally revolting texture, take forever to chew, et caetera. Like you know when you chew paper, you know it's not food and eventually spit it out — that's like me with so many things... just imagine that the paper also makes you feel like you're about to throw up the moment you taste it in your mouth.

I used to be a picky eater when I was little, but I am not like that anymore. I used to don't like tomatoes. But I LOVE them now. And I could pretty much eat any vegetable or fruit. I love seafood. As long the fish doesn't have bones. I love onions, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, red peppers, carrots, corn, peas, cabbage, spinach(the leafy dry kind. Not the juicy can one...blech), cucumbers, etc...

I think so far the only vegetables I haven't tried is Squash and Eggplant. And I'm scared to try those. Olives are okay now. I used to hate them. So yeah I am not that picky as I was back then. I am just now I am taking a healthier route. So I had to get used to getting veggies and fruits. :3

EDIT: Pretty much I will eat anything that doesn't have any bones or seeds in it. If they have seeds or bones, then I won't eat it. I will get or request that it won't have any bones or seeds(I will take them out myself). Well except fried chicken, baked chicken. Their bones is okay. It is just from fish I am worried about. It has to be fillet. Nothing more. :x

I'm an extremely picky eater. I remember being small and my Grandmother force feeding me at the table. As I got older, it got worse, up until the point where I was so skinny that doctors thought I had an eating disorder (they were wrong). Since everybody seems to be listing foods they despise, I suppose I will too. I don't like Jelly, pears, blueberries, tomatoes, spinach, onions, peppers, lettuce, any salad imaginable, and many other foods. But, I'm much better than before, eating many types of foods that swore I'd never try. :33

It's been long but we can do it; let's make this our dream

Look to tomorrow because it's all we have. Turn up the music until the walls shake. What do we have?
Is it hope? Love? Is it nothing at all? We won't know at all until we make something of what we feel.
When that happens, we'll find the truth. We'll find what we want. And we will find ourselves, finally.

Why does everyone hate tomatoes? ;_;</3

I'm mostly picky with vegetables. But, the thing is, I really can't think of any I absolutely won't try... I'm also weary with some seafood, although I'll usually try it. The only thing I think I'll never be able to touch is honey mustard. I can't stand the smell. ;_;

It's really more of how it's prepared than the food itself, I suppose.
