Kennedy was supposed to come back to wrestling at the end of February after promoting his movie. But now I just don't know.
They are keeping him off the road, the Dr's are still evaluating him. His shoulder injury is possibly permanent.

I just read on WrestleNews that Vince isn't happy about Kennedy joking about his shoulder injury and that he is "injury prone". Apparently Kennedy has been subtly leaking storyline plots too which, obviously, Vince is furious about.

Also; After watching the Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels match and seeing Ricky Steamboat wrestle a great match at WrestleMania25 Steve Austin misses being in the ring.

And finally; "Playboy" Buddy Rose was found dead in his Portland, Oregon home on Tuesday. The cause of death at this time is unknown. I honestly don't know who he is but it is sad that yet another wrestler has died.

Do unto others as they would do unto you, but do it first.

The times we had were fun and the memories will live on in our hearts to those that contribute. Now it's time for the next big thing to have a longer run than us, and thanks to Venks, speedy 101, shinypoke666, evilcheese, Ito_Igami, Ktn, darkspace, dunlop, Abyay, and Umanouski; the Original 12 in EGL and for making this league quite special. I'd also like to thank Shin although he wasn't an original member his contributions throughout the league were apperciated greatly, and I had a real blast meeting/getting to know a lot of you this was a wonderful expirence/journey and hopefully we can all hang again.

Glad to post back here, it's been a while. Kennedy could have a permanent injury, so yeah, they still need to rehab him. He'd fit great into a commentary role. He might be annoying to some, yet no-ones as annoying a Michael "Vintage" Cole. Kennedy > Cole. :)

It is. If he had never have that injury, he'll probably be World Champion by now.

Because he's MRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Annoying!!!!!!!!!
That's his gimmick. It works on him.

Am I the only one who finds Michael Cole amusing? XD

Who thinks Carlito would make a good World Champion?
Carlito as a major champion would be a bit weird but Carlito as a main eventer again would be cool.

Do unto others as they would do unto you, but do it first.

WWE Source Talks About Development System Problems
By Brad Ingles

One WWE source said that one of the main issues with WWE is their development system. The source said they seen all of the development talent training when the last did TV in Florida and no one stood out. According to the source, Shelton Benjamin is not the right person to train the talent. Benjamin was a gifted athlete, and majority of the development talent does not possess the same athleticism. The source feels that the development talent needs to learn from skilled veterans such as Dean Malenko, Ricky Steamboat and Arn Anderson.

Top WWE Star Possibly Undergoing Surgery
By Daniel Pena

sources: www.f4wonline.com, The Sun

-- Undertaker is suffering from both knee and hip problems and wasn't brought to last week's SmackDown/ECW duel taping as a result. At the show, there was talk he would be undergoing minor surgery on his knee, but nobody seemed to know for sure. There was also a feeling that his knee could have more serious damage when opened up.

Undertaker should be fine. He's been icing his knees since before WrestleMania before and after every show and besides, it's only minor surgery. He should only be out for a few months or maybe even a few weeks.

Do unto others as they would do unto you, but do it first.

Ah, forget Undertaker, we still got Shelton Benjamin & The Miz.

Your idea of all these young people being better than Undertaker is wrong.

When was the last time Benjamin, Miz, Kennedy, and MVP had some top gold meaning World heavyweight championship and WWE championship?

Report: Jacksonville Enters Bid For WrestleMania
Written by Richard Gray

The Florida Times-Union reported today the city of Jacksonville has entered in the bidding for WrestleMania sometime in 2012-14. Mike Bouda, Jacksonville Economic Commission's sports director, is awaiting word back from WWE officials about holding the event at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.

Bouda told the newspaper that with the proper adjustments, they could seat 90,000 people in Jacksonville, counting field space.

It is still early in the bid process, so no prices have been negotiated for stadium rental, according to Bouda.

Recently Released WWE Star Backstage At Impact Taping Last Night
By Daniel Pena

-- Jeremy Borash noted on his Twitter page (twitter.com/JeremyBorash) that Elijah Burke was backstage at last night's Impact taping in Orlando.

Borash wrote: "Met Elijah Burke last night backstage at the iMPACT! tapings in Orlando. Nice guy..."

Following his release from World Wrestling Entertainment this past November, Burke is free to appear on national television again as his 90-day no-compete clause expired earlier in the year.

Slammiversary tickets
By Daniel Pena

source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

-- In hopes of boosting the paid attendance for their upcoming Slammiversary pay-per-view in Detroit, TNA is offering a $7 General Admission ticket.

That Slammiversary ticket deal is crazy and if I was in the area, I would go.

WWE Looking To Develop New Stars
By Brad Ingles

Stephanie McMahon held a meeting with the wrestlers at the last TV tapings and said that the company is looking to develop new stars. She said that there will be no holdbacks and for everyone to work as hard they can to achieve success. Wrestlers were also encouraged to come up with ideas for their characters and storylines. This is a major change for midcard talent, as in the past if you were not a top star then suggestions were not taken seriously. Some are skeptical on if this will lead to major creative changes for the company in the future, as most talent feel the only way to get over is during their promos, as majority of the crowd are not focused on their superb in-ring work.

Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

--------------------------------------------
So...it only took the WWE 8 years to figure this out. They have been squandering much of the great talent for many many years. These stars went to TNA or Japan or Mexico, and are succeeding. TNA capitalized on this talent glut and have the stars they do thanks to it. They've also locked most of them in on multi-year contracts with MUCH less travel then WWE.

On top of that, WWE has the Undertaker and Shawn Michaels going out in the next year (Though only one has been confirmed). Several others are getting up in age (HHH, Batista, Kane).

TNA has a similar issue (Sting year, Angle questionable, Stiner is a disaster), but has the young talent, and access to Indy and overseas talent to back them up.

The only thing that can help the WWE is money, but even they are not spending. PLUS, they squander all the TNA talent they've got. Haven't use one properly yet, except for Monty Brown.
