Is this capable of a Dual screen set up?

Sure - why not - just about anything is as long as you're not trying to play Crysis on both monitors. Thouigh I'd warn you that the GeForce 4200 is infact even slower than the Geforce 3. As long as the thing has two outputs, you're good to go for a dual monitor setup - just don't push it.

YES! Because I had that exact video card in my work computer and did it. Only warning, its going to be ghetto at time, it does not have enough ram to do dual monitor with video really well.
