I chose Mew as the coolest pokemon in the games. First he's so adorable. Second off he's the coolest looking pokemon out there. Third of he looks so gentle and tender-hearted.

Gotta be Lugia, and not coz it sounds similar to luigi. IMO, hes the coolest legendary with a powerful moveset to boot and one of the few Legendaries you can obtain reasonably easily without the use of a GG code or a once-in-a-lifetime Nintendo Event.

There are at least 3 or 4 legendaries in every single pokemon game you can obtain without a cheat or going to an event.

I'm just sayin....

Definitely Lugia for me. Such a majestic, beautiful, powerful beast. Its captivating role in The Power Of One is pretty much unmatched by any other Legendary's, except maybe Mewtwo. Also, it was Silver's mascot. That's also pretty groovy.
'It's been a prevalent notion. Fallen sparks. Fragments of vessels broken at the Creation. And someday, somehow, before the end, a gathering back to home. A messenger from the Kingdom, arriving at the last moment. But I tell you there is no such message, no such home -- only the millions of last moments . . . nothing more. Our history is an aggregate of last moments.'
