So most of you earn money, am I correct?

Well how do you earned, I mean money doesn't grow on trees, you first have to kill the tree, cut it to peaces and burn it's skin using colorful paint.

How do you earn your money?

Do your parent's give it to you?

Do you have a job, how much do you get per month?

If your payed by the hour, then how much do you get for the hour?

I'm a cashier LOL .___.
I hate it so much, especially when I'm on Self Check-out and they don't work. The customers will be grab my arm(yeah. grab) and be all "THIS'N DOESN'T WORK, LIL MISSY." All I can say is "Uhh... sorry ._.;"

And I'm forced to say "Thaaaanks, have a nice day n___n!" Slay me.

BUT UM! To answer the question, I'm paid hourly and I get $7.50 an hour even thought I've been there for 2 years now. Goodie \o/!

Well, my business varies from customer to customer, and job to job. Stalking usually ain't an easy thing.

I don't earn money. My mom buys everything, occasionally I will want money and do something for it, but other than that I don't earn money. I have quite teh luck on scratchin lottery cards though, I won twelve bucks for myself last week. So.. yeah.

I used to get $20 a week for my lunch, but I just saved it up and didn't spend it, saved around $200 and spent it all lol.

But now I have a job, I work at Dairy Queen and I make $8.56/hour, aka minimum wage.

i wanna be the wind that fills your sails,
& be the hand that lifts your veil.
& be the moon that moves your tide,
the sun coming up in your eyes.
be the wheels that never rust,
& be the spark that lights you up.
all that you've been dreaming of and more,
so much more, i wanna be your everything.. <3

I have the worst job (work:money ratio) ever. (Well, not the worst, but preeeeeeeeeetty bad.)

I work at UPS. At first, that may sound like a cool job, driving the truck, or shipping boxes...

It's terrible. I unload trucks that pick up packages from the UPS stores around the island, and the canisters that come in on planes. Most of the boxes are around 30-70 pounds. Most of them are either on the floor of the truck or on the top shelf (Those have to be loaded first most times, but it depends on what route they're on). Some trucks are known as the trucks of what they pick up. There's the Georgia-Pacific truck, which comes in daily with ~100 52 or 64 pound boxes of paper. Then there's the Grainger truck, which comes in with car parts and tools. Most of the boxes are [side] heavy or irregulars (70+ lbs, 5ft+ in any direction, circular, metal or wood box, etc). Those boxes are usually 50+ pounds. There's also the Hanes truck, which isn't that bad. It comes in with ~100 42 and 46 pound boxes. Oh, there's also the "bag" trucks. Basically, the UPS store puts a whole bunch of boxes in a heavy duty trash bag. They're usually 50+ pounds and are difficult to pick up because of their size.

Most of the time, there's only 1 person to a truck, unless there's a lot of trucks and the roller (fold-down conveyor belt kinda thing, but uses rollers instead of a belt) is in use. Oh, I forgot to say that you have to put all the boxes on a conveyor belt where down the line the boxes get separated depending on where they go.

And the canisters... Those are horrible. Some are like, 8ft tall and 12ft wide, and are STUFFED with packages, a lot of times containing irregulars and tires sometimes as big as monster truck tires. Oh, there's also the 5ft high canister, which is very tough on your back and neck because you can't stand up properly, but still have to lift boxes.

The physical demand for this job is excruciating. You have to be safe and treat the packages with respect (yeah right), but still be fast. You have to use the proper lifting method as not to hurt your back, but sometimes that's kinda hard. I've estimated that in the 4 hours (no breaks) I work a day, that I move roughly 20,000 lbs a night. Oh, and did I mention that my hours are 10pm to 2am?

I get paid $8.50/hr for this.
Freedom is the freedom to say two plus two equals four. If that is granted all else will follow.

I don't get an allowance anymore. =[ I'm expected to do chores around my house (dishes, laundry, clean the pool, mow the lawn) in order to get stuff done.

But I work at Target as a cashier. XD It's fun, because Target is a much classier shopping experience than other big stores. Plus as a cashier, I still get to learn a bunch of different places in the store like the cafe and guest services.

And I get $8 an hour. I usually work Friday, Saturday, sometimes Sunday and occasional Thursday nights. I'll work more in summer when my semester ends though.

(Or maybe I get $8.56 O_O if that's what minimum wage is right now lol.)
