Spoiler:

I thought it was necessary.

Morbid thread time?
This is the product of that stem cell we call "Genetic engineering" thread.

What do you think defines human - physically, philosophically, and psychologically? How much do you think each matters? Rethink that question in the grand scheme of things - how expendable do you think humans are?

"I want to tear myself from this place, from this reality, rise up like a cloud and float away, melt into this humid summer night and dissolve somewhere far, over the hills. But I am here, my legs blocks of concrete, my lungs empty of air, my throat burning. There will be no floating away."

the meaning of a human keeps changing over time due to wars, violence and just about everything. There is no real meaning to us humans, we're just expendable to everything, there will be people to replace when we're gone

Personally, I agree with a frined of mine when he says its extremely likely that human beings will exterminate themselves before too long has passed :( I mean, over the years, with have proven over and over again that we are totally incapable of looking after resources, land and, most of all, eachother.

To represent us as the compounds/elements that make us up is very fair as, at the end of the day, that's all we are...

What makes humans humans is the shape, the species, the physicaliy, now, what makes a sentient? spirituality, and mind, our bodies, regardless of species contain our minds, which are what truly makes a difference, in our mind, our meaning is discovered, human or not we are minds, we as a whole, are part of a scheme defined by no one but ourselves, we are as expendable as we think ourselves to be, we are all different yes, bu we are still part of that scheme, shaping it, influencing it, iving it the meaning we desire.
