I once thought that the Temple of Time in Zelda Ocarina of Time had a hidden passage into the Sacred Forest Meadow, but that was when I first played it, and played a Warp Song without knowing...

I once thought Maple Story was the worst MMO out there. And I'm still right :)
A. Notice it's the I USED to think about video games thread. Meaning you've learned you're wrong and it's funny now that you think about it...

B. This is not a rant about an MMO, good or bad.

*takes a deeeeeep breath*

I once thought that Pokemon Emerald was going to be compatable with Golden Sun. This was way back in 2003, so... yeah, but honestly, I thought Isaac and his little friends were going to beat up little Sceptiles and Swellows...

...I also believed in the Pokegods... and that if you kept the Magikarp you got from that guy near Mt. Moon and put it in the daycare until it reached Lv. 50, it would become a mew.

And of course, as before, I believe that Camelot will finally make a Golden Sun 3.

I believed that any disc for my PS2 would work in a PC and vice-versa. D:
Actually, a while back, they had an emulator you could buy in stores called Bleem!, but it got sued the crap out of by Sony. They're not big on emulation, y'see.

I used to believe that if you said "no" on this one scene on Venus Lighthouse in Golden Sun 200 times, instead of battling the normal villains Saturos and Menardi, you would battle Alex. The "cheat" had his stats and everything XD

I used to think that, on Pokémon yellow, if you talked to pikachu over 9000 times in a row, he'd explode and I'd be rid of the critter.

One very boring weekend, I decided to test my theory.
Unfortunately, it didn't.

I used to believe that pressing the A and B buttons continuosly would make the Pokemon easier to catch(Pokemon Red,Blue,Silver,Gold,Yellow & Cristal) xD
Later I learned it didn't work... D=
Yeah, my cousins convinced me that that method worked, and I later found out they were full of it xD

I find myself doing sometimes when I get really excited, even though I know it won't make my chances for a catch better. Force of habit I guess.

You can put some Dreamcast games in a PC and get wallpapers and such. There's also a recorded message for if you try to play a Dreamcast game in a CD player (actual CD player, PC media player, or even the Dreamcast's own CD player).

Oh snap, in my area, it was "press A and B when the ball fails to capture and nearly breaks. The emergency lock mechanism activates and you don't fail in the end!" or something like this.

Haha, I guess old habits die hard.
