nutrition facts label

So guys, do you pay attention to the Nutrition Facts label when you eat something or go grocery shopping? Or do you just don't care and gobble down as many servings as you wish?

I can't recall one time in my life when I've read the nutrition facts label. Hell, I didn't even read Cady's screenshot.
'It's been a prevalent notion. Fallen sparks. Fragments of vessels broken at the Creation. And someday, somehow, before the end, a gathering back to home. A messenger from the Kingdom, arriving at the last moment. But I tell you there is no such message, no such home -- only the millions of last moments . . . nothing more. Our history is an aggregate of last moments.'

I'm allergic to a lot of things, which I found out through not reading labels. Dx

So for most foods that contain ingredients I can't tolerate, I check. Otherwise, down the hatch.

I do sometimes. Some yogurts and stuff have gelatin in it, which is basically derived from pig fat, even if it says kosher, it still is, and I'm Muslim, so I can't have it if it has that. :(

I look at the nutrition label before I eat almost anything. I used to have a really big issue with my weight, and I just got into the habit of watching my calorie intake and always abiding by the serving size.

It was this that led me to understand that the majority of my calories in a day come from soda. Cutting that junk out will help anyone lose weight pretty darn quickly.

...Although I still can't deny the heavenly tastes of Coke and Dr. Pepper for more than a week. XD;

Well, I am skinny, and I don't have good sense of tasting. I wish I did though, too bad I barely can taste anything. I hate it that most products will say "low fat," "fat free," and crap, those are taking all the good favolers out.

I usually look at the label when I'm eating something.
I don't usually pay attention to the serving size though. (How do you expect someone to eat one like, 13 SMALL crackers? D:)

I don't pay attention to it because I'm skinny and I figure it'd help me put on weight by ignoring that, although it doesn't work that way for me. XD;

When I'm feeling particularly self-conscious of what I eat. I usually look at the calories, fat and saturated fat, but sometimes I'll look at the sugar. The UK labels look rather different, on quite a lot of food they'll have different colours for whether there is a lot or not much of a certain thing in a food. I've never seen cholesterol included in the label, either...
