Ok so it was doing an update my brother saw the bottem light on so he truns it off. Now it dosent work, if its on windows repair it does nothing i hade it on for 12 hours, when the green bars keep going it eventually goes to this black screan that checkes the hard drive it always gets stuck at 57%

Is there a way to fix this because i don't have any money ATM to get it fixed and the guy who fixes them is a scamer.

If anyone knows how to help i really need it to play some World of Wacraft cause i have no life :)

do you have a restore point? if so, boot up into safe mode and restore to the last good restore point.

It never came with one

EDIT: But maybe i can find a download for one on the internet and just like wright it on a disk :S
Don't recommend it, you'll have to reinstall all your drivers if it's not a factory-obtained disc. I suggest requesting such a disc from your computer manufacturer, and make sure they include the drivers with it.

you only have to re-install the drivers if you do a complete format and re-install. however if you simply use it for the repair utility then it should work fine, I do however agree that you should get one via legal means, rather than by just downloading one from any old place on the net.
