Whose 'they'? You can't group all British police together and say that they are bad at their job. You could say it about that particular officer that did the shooting, but saying that all British police are incompetent because of the actions of a few is just stereotyping.

Celuthea, he put his hands up on the train and said "Don't shoot" twice. Eye witnesses then say the police didn't even give him the option to come quietly and unloaded 6 rounds into him.
Look at it from his eyes. An immigrant who's knowledge of our police departments isn't great, he sees a bunch of unclearly marked men coming towards him with guns, he runs.
Anyway, I'll leave it at that, this is a thread for mourning after all, not arguing.
