The title explains it.

Also, list the condition you got it in

So far, I have imported 4 Games:

-Pokemon Platinum (DS) - Brand New

-Sin and Punishment (N64) - Cartridge Only

-Slime Mori Mori Dragon Quest(GBA) - Opened, but still with the Instructions and Box

-Super Robot Wars 64 (N64) - Same as Slime Mori Mori

I've fallen in love witht he prospect of Importing games directly from japan, and I'm Currently waiting for a Mint-Conditioned Japanese Crystal, with the Box, Japanese version-Exclusive Cellphone link cable, and all.

Yeah, I have a couple imported games. Some of them I haven't even played yet.

Tales of Destiny 2 (PS2)
Tales of Rebirth (PS2)
Atelier Marie (PSX)
Shin Megami Tensei II(PSX)
Tear Ring Saga (PSX)

Obviously importing games cost quite a bit, so I usually just keep any eye out for the game I want on Ebay. All of games listed are used, but in good condition w/ manuals and case. I seriously can't cough up around 80$ for brand new games. :/

For me, it's US/EU games into Japan.

So far:
Morrowind Gold (PC)
Bioshock (360 - since the Japanese release has no DLC)
Mass Effect (360 - finally coming out here this year)
Dead Space (360)
Gears of War 2 (360)

But as there are so much import stores in Akihabara, there's pretty much no need to import.
On a related note, I recently got King's Bounty for 4000 yen.

I've imported a few games for my PSP. All thanks to its region free abilities.

I got a few games from Europe and a few from Asia and Japan. I don't recall what they were right now.

I would import that Wild Arms that's for PSP but I dislike unlocalised translations, and can't understand Japanese... As for the Toho games I can be cited to have been playing, I download/torrent them since importing from random people that will only accept PayPal isn't an option for me, and since there likely aren't all that many of the games to go around in the first place it's easier anyway.

Unless a game comes ouyt in English in another country first (i.e. Europe), then I don't ever see myself importing a game. Unfortunately, most of the games I enjoy playing are first made in Japan.

I bought Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland when I visited France last summer. Brought back with me to Canada. Not sure if that counts because I bought it in person rather than ordering it or buying online.

I've imported:
Pokemon Diamond (New)
Harvest Moon DS: Cute (New)
Harvest Moon Magical Melody (GC, used)
Pokemon Platinum (New)

I want to import KH Re:COM, but I need to get the PS2 modded, and I'll be importing KH 358/2 Days and the Miles Edgewoth Perfect Prosecutor games when they come out in America. I can't read Japanese, and I have to understand things in order to get full enjoyment out of games, so I wait for the US versions to come out...

The original Animal Forest for N64 is the only one I've imported so far, for which afterwards I've modified my N64 to be able to play import games (it was pretty easy to do actually, even for a non-technical person such as myself). I've considered importing Sin and Punishment, just so I could actually play it on it's original system. I already have it on the VC, but I would really like the N64 version.

Does buying the physical product in the original country count? If so, then yes; I've bought a bunch that way:

-Pokémon Emerald
-DS Phat
-Super Mario 64 DS
-New Super Mario Bros.
-Pac-Pix
-Polarium
-Asphalt Urban GT
-Mario Hoops 3 on 3
-Pokémon Diamond
-Pokémon Platinum
