Do you work out on a regular basis? Like weekly or daily? By working out i mean jogging or push ups/sit ups or lift weights?

I work out daily. My work out includes: running, jogging, lifting weights, and several abs exercises. I want to work in some push ups, but im usually too sore already to do anything else.

Yes, but only on weekdays. The weekend is where I let my muscles rest or they'll probably rip apart. :O

After I get home from school, I'll probably do twenty-five push-ups and sit-ups before lifting sixty-eighty pounds by putting in all my textbook into my backpack and lifting it up five times.

I would repeat that again after dinner in a different pattern. I would again repeat all this from Monday to Friday. XD

Oh yeah, on a good day, I'll jog a mile before coming back to the bus stop.

I exercise, if you count that as working out. Like dancing, doing yard work and stuff.
of course thats working out...i have a friend who dances regularly and she tried to get me to dance with her one night and by the time we were done i had to be carried out of the club.....and yard work is just as bad..:O

Yeah. I have a routine, actually.

Since the karate and kickboxing stick to you, you wonder.
Of course, the benching doesn't go anywhere, but I do Squats more then I bench. My current record of squats is 147 in a row.

I work out quite a bit. 5 times a week, and twice a day on 2 or 3 of those days. I usually hit the bench first with just 135 and close grip it, wide grip it, then normal, just for stretch. Then I'll throw on maybe 165 and rep that then I'll do the workout our position coach has set up, then bench more.

I think my benchpress is going to surpass my squat someday. XP

Um, no. I'll do push-ups/sit-ups when I feel like it, but I never set myself any challenges with them. I used to do a lot of sport, so I guess that counts. I still do three sports, but that's not nearly as many as I used to. I exercise, but I don't do weights or any of the kind.

I was a few months ago and stopped... gained back the ten pounds I lost. I'm actually starting to work out again, my sister and I are starting to go to a gym near our house; where sometimes we go to dance class~

Lately I've been jogging about 1 mile a day, by jogging once around the 400 meter track behind our school, then I hit tennis balls against a backboard for a while or play my dad or my friends on the court if they're there with me, and then do another 400 meters, then tennis for a while (which isn't as much physical exertion as running to me), and repeat it until I've jogged 4 times around the track. Otherwise my asthma kicks in and its not exactly fun. =/ I'm not as consistent as I could be though, about once a week I miss a day. Bad Slyther.
