I'm an Administrator of my own forums, which I will not link to since I know it's against this forum's rules, so I would like to ask.

How do you enable the feature so you can switch to having user post details above or to the left side? If the PC Site Admin would allow it, may I be able to use this hack on my boards?

Also, does someone know the HTML coding for spoiler tags? Send it to me via a PM, please not here. Thanks.

vBulletin Options should be at (or near) the top of the Admin CP sidebar.

It's in vBulletin Options -> Style and Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template.
If you select yes, it will be on the left. If you select no, it will be on top.

Thanks, will use that now.
I can't download from that website, since I'm not the license holder. I'm just an Administrator, sorry. :(
