So this came to my head... Some times I find Losing in a battle motivating, but after a lot of failed attempts, it starts to get stressful and not enjoyable.

Well, that's my case, and not all people in the world are as perfect as me. So are you tolerant to losing, or intolerant. And if you're not, then how many times do you think are enough to make your head explote of anger?

Loosing is part of life. The human becomes careless when he only wins, and he improves himself when he looses. So at least a wisdom.

I must say, that i try to learn by looses, but its very annoying for me, when i see, that all the training doesnt effect.

PS: I'm happy, when i can help youse by Rating Your Teams,
but when it are teams, which have no real structure and are
just motley, i can't and won't make this job for you. Your team
should have a certain tactical background.

Losing SHOULD be motivating. It is in my opinion only people who feel themselves too superior or too stubborn to accept lose find it stressful. Even if you lose to someone you really shouldn't have, nine times out of ten it's your fault. Either you weren't paying attention or acted carelessly.

While you shouldn't invite losing, you should always strive to most certainly learn from it and not let it weigh you down.

I'd say it is motivation to not take the battlles for granted and not to go easy in them. It gives you a sense of challenge and it makes me get my party ready for the next time around I battle. I don't lose multiple times, has rarely happened a second time if a fist at all. lol

I find it neither. It's just a game. You won't benefit nor suffer from it. All I like to see is my Pokémons gaining much needed experience, and that's all.
Hear hear.

Never lost in-game and it's been absolutely years since I had a link battle. My record was mixed, there were a few more casual gamers that didn't put up much of a fight while there was this one kid I could NEVER beat, ever. He was cool though, he helped me trade to get Gengar, Alakazam etc.

I can also remember sending out a team of annoyers against this younger kid who lived down the street. This was on Silver so I had Crobat, Sandslash etc so it was poisoning, confusion, Double Team and all that haha. He got so annoyed, I swear he almost broke his GB o.O

Good times ^^

It's not stressful, I just sort of get a shock because it happens so rarely. I usually prepare my team before moving on to a new place, so the few times I do lose it's usually because of either annoyers or lucky critical hits.

not a real problem
it just tells me a weakness in my team that i need to fix
Exactly.

While losing is never fun, and usually irritating. I find it to be beneficial since it allows me to figure out how to make my team better and more well rounded.

Loosing is a learning tool.

I usually don't mind but if I'm losing over and over for lame reasons like a billion critical hits against me for no good reason then it can get really frustrating. Honestly, I'll admit I got very, very annoyed with my copy of Platinum more than once but I swear that playthrough was stacked against me, hahaha.

However, when you lose a lot, finally getting that win is the best feeling in the world so it balances out.
