Welcome to my EV training service
For those who wonder, what the h$%& do i mean with EV training service, lets begin talking about what EV´s are.
ok, first of all EV stands for "effort values". as many of you know, when you faint a pokemon in the wild you get exp points. what u dont know is that they also get EVs. EV training is exploiting EV to make your pokmeon really strong.
and EV is a point value and a type. when u kill a pokemon you get EVs as well as exp. for example, when u kill a geodude, you get 1 defense EV. that means the pokemon that killed it gets a single EV in defense.
1 ev in def will do nothing. but when u get a lot of evs in one stat, that increases that stat more than normal. so if you killled say 150 geodudes with one pokmeon, and you battles nothing but geodudes, then that pokemons def would be much higher than normal. using evs, you make make a lighting fast tyranitar or a super-defensive infernape.
there are rules to this, though. a single stat can recieve a maximum of 255 evs. furthermore, a pokemon can only get 510 evs total. so that means that you could max out 2 stats by giving them 255 evs each, but after that evs wont affect your pokemon anymore (255 + 255 = 510. 510 is the max amount of evs a pokemon can recieve totally) this means you need to split up your evs to the stats that you want to raise.
of course, yo dont need to max out the stats. you could instead op to give, say, 150 to one stat, 150 to another, and then 210 to a third. just keep in mind that the more you spread out your evs, the less each stat u ev-d up will rise. the more evs per stat, the greater the rise in stat.
now that you understand of evs work, time to ev train. first, decide what stats youwant to rise (getting a pokemon with a nature that benefits a stat you want will help further rising that stat as well as the evs you give it, "maxing out" that stat) after that, give it vitamins. vitamins can be bought at veilstone (iron, calcium, etc) although they are kinda expensive.each vitamin will give 10 evs to the stat it says it will raise. so an iron will give that pokemon you give it to 10 evs i deffense. there is a catch though; you can only give a max of 10 of each vitamin to a pokemon. so you can give a pokemon 10 irons, raising its def evs to 100, but it wont take any more irons. it can still take other vitamins like calcium and stuff, but no more irons.
after giving it the vitamins to the stats you want rose, now you need to kill wild pokemon to get the other evs to each stat. as i sed earlier a geodude gives one def ev. well actually every pokemon gives out evs. go to the link at the bottom and look up any pokemon. among its stats and attacks that website will also tell you how many evs that pokemon would give you if you fainted it. (its to the right of the picture of a pokemon, to the right of "effort values")
to speed up ev training you could giving the pokemon your training a macho brace. it doubles the evs you get. a pokemon with the pokerus also recieves double. you cn also buy items at the battle tower market place for bp that increase evs. they are stuff like power band, power braclet, etc. they also increase the evs a pokemon gets, but only a certain type of ev. i would only get them if you dont have a macho brace.
and finally, how evs are given. unlike exp, which is split mong the pokemon that battles, or that hold an exp share, evs are not split; each pokemon gets the normal amount. so if a pokemon fainted a geodude, he would get 1 def ev and the pokemon holding an exp share would also get 1 def ev, but their exp would be split.
one last thing; maxing out a stat to 255 is actually a waste of 3 evs, because at 252 their stats wont go up anymore. so you could max out 2 stats by giving them 255 each, but yout wasting 6 evs (3 extra from each stat) granted, 6 evs really isnt change much, but if you want to raise a stat like 1 points, then save those 6 evs and give it to somehting else. who knows, maybe that 1 more hp will save you from fainting in a battle. unlikely but it could happen.
so, what my service do is to make the dirty job of training a pokemon, and give it to you as a powerfull fighting machine.
so, just post the pokemon u want and whatever u want to ev train on it, and i will reply:
for example:
pokemon: abra
effort points: attack/HP sp. attack/HP defense/ HP etc.
evolve it into: kadabra/ alakazam
