Change your ev spread on Scarf Ape.
80 Att / 238 sp.att / 192 speed @Naive
Beats +1 + speed nature base 100's. 80 Attack evs ensure you are more than likely guaranteed a KO on 0hp/252 def neutral blissey after it has taken SR damage and helps with offensve Gyarados who you do 90% min with ThunderPunch too which means after one turn of LO damage alone it dies. Speaking of which, yeah use T-Punch, mainly for Jolly DD Gyara who i have seen a few times recently beats jolt after a DD and its nice to have insurance.
Doesnt bulkydos have Taunt to avoid being set up fodder ? You should probably use that. I heard that Taunt/Bounce/Waterfall/DD is pretty nifty, so you could play test that to ensure optimum coverage in just 2 moves. Taunt is cool because without Grass Knot on Ape or Hp Grass on Jolt, Swampert might be a pain for you.
Ill come back later for a more in depth rate. This actually looks pretty decent from first viewing and finally not a metagame weak team unlike most the others over the past few weeks here in S+M lol
I'll go add that Infernape spread and change Gyara's moveset. Thanks (b'')b
I'm too tired to do a full rate, but a few things:
wtf is up with Flygon's EV spread? 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd please. Also, Jolteon should really be running HP Grass since Swampert walls your team to hell, even if Jirachi can Trick it. HP Ice beats Gliscor and all, but you have Gyarados and Gengar for that. If you don't run HP Grass, you won't only be walled by Swampert, but you'll be inviting it to come in.
My only worry with the team is lack of power. Flygon is prone to regretting having to Outrage, and Gengar and Jolteon obviously can die pretty quickly. This of course raises the question of "how good is the team against stall?" With the exception of Flygon, not very good, or so it seems. I think you need a little more actual power. How exactly you want to go about that is up to you. For once your defensive core actually is pretty good, so I don't want to disrupt it a whole lot.
Also, "a lot" is two words. Sorry that's the one spelling error that just drives me nuts lol (well that and it's vs its but w/e this isn't grammar & spelling school lol).
I'll go change that now \o\
If I go with Sya's suggestion and put Taunt on Gyara, I can handle Swampert.
I'll consider something over Jolteon to try and solve that power problem ;)
Bad habit D=
Trick Jirachi is so 2000 and late. Use the Expert Belt one because it's just superior =D
SR/Iron Head/Fire Punch/Grass Knot is pretty cool and does a ton to Swampert (sadly not a OHKO).
After using LO Jolt myself I have come to the conclusion it is pretty weak. Basically Latias can stall it with Recover since Shadow Ball doesn't do as much. I can see why people opt for Specs because it guarantees 2HKOs and doesn't lose crucial HP. It's good when saved for late game (then again almost every sweeper is good for late game lol).
Bulkydos should definitely have Taunt over there, and you might wanna try out Bounce to heal more HP with Leftovers and get another STAB.
The only thing that really bothers me about this team is how it handles Rotom, especially scarfed versions. Shadow Ball hits your entire team for neutral or super effective damage. Also, AgiliGross could get a full sweep on your team with Meteor Mash/TPunch/EQ.
Forretress makes a fine solution to both of these problems carrying Payback and EQ, but I don't see him fitting in your team <_<
CB Scizor can also help in trapping choiced Rotom with Pursuit and hitting Metagross hard with U-turn. I would probably use this slot over Jolteon, because it seems he doesn't do much for you.
Good team. (for a 14 yo aussie)
That Jirachi set looks good =]
I'll throw Specs on him for now and consider CBScizor.
I know very well the metagames of both the two simultoris and I have understood a defect of this team:
it is too much easy to be predicting, it is too much a team by now '' old '' it was all right not ago for the metagame OU of a few months certain for that actual. Staelth Rock you from many problems, if Infernape eliminates Scarftarn in combo with Stealth Rock you from a lot of bother to your team, Metagross lead sends a lot yourself in difficulty even if it had to suffer a Trick from Jiarchi (even if it is too much predictable indeed), you are also very weak to ScarfMence/ScarfFlgon..
\o\ ScarfMence
Scarf Flygon isn't really a problem, sure he revenge-kill most of this team but Infernape outspeed him KO's with HP Ice and Gyarados takes his hits fairly well and the rest I didn't really understand. Sorry.
One question : If I run Naive nature and shift those HP EV's into SpAtk, could Jirachi manage a OHKO on Swampert?
