Yes and no. Really, it depends on how badly I was hurt. If it was something small or something someone I'm friends with did, I won't take or even think about getting revenge. If it's big, I might want revenge. You don't gain anything you lose from taking revenge, you just make it worse.. so I try to avoid taking revenge.

I don't do it. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and a third, and a fourth, and so on. People who do things wrong (which, in itself, is a subjective statement) need help, not punishment, though I do realize sometimes this isn't easy or even possible. However, I'm not going to make things worse by going out and wronging someone back.

Sometimes I would like to get revenge on those that have done me wrong. I mean it would make me feel so much better faster. Then I remember the bible and such and then think about the work to get revenge.

The thing is, revenge doesn't make any good. It takes up too much time and really that just leaves the chance for that person to get revenge on you. I rather be blind then let others be blind.

The funny thing about temporary is that you never know if it is actually temporary or permanent.

I honestly don't know how to answer this question. In my eyes (lol), learning to forgive and forget someone's doing is the right way. If you get poked in the eye and you poke back, you just lost two eyes (one being the other person's of course). That doesn't do much good. Besides, that makes them want to poke your second eye. D8

But however, there just comes a feeling of joy when revenge is successful. They've gotten what they deserved... it really ties to fairness, which is ironic. If someone did real damage to me in any way, it really would irk me knowing that they just hurt me and got away without any penalty at all.

So... pretty much... I would go through would revenge because it feels satisfying knowing that the person got what they deserved. But whether it is truly right or not, I don't know.
revenge is the sweetest joy next to getting... never mind.

Usually, if someone randomly abuses me, I pray that God would avenge me. Otherwise, I'll concoct a convoluted scheme for revenge that involves slow, mental, torture. Or something along those lines.
