Hi. Well it obvious that your site is brand new but it still needs to have content, which is what it lackes. I have a site too and I know what the first days are like so I say this as more of areminder than a comment but seriously, get some content. Photo sect has no photos, News has no news. but like i sed, extremely new so i'll check back later.

Layout
Your layout is made by a Freewebs site builder. It may seem daunting, but you do need to learn HTML and CSS in order to build your own layout. Otherwise, your layout is generic and other sites have it. Yes, it looks nice, but the fact that anyone else could come and use that exact layout is enough reason to make your own.

The reason I give you one and a half stars rather than simply one is because the banner is good and works nicely with the rest of the layout.

Atmosphere
Your atmosphere does lack. Although there are little to no grammar mistakes, there is so little content there that the site feels very barren. This is, I'm afraid, a terrible impression to leave on your visitors. Pikaluvr is right: you need more content so the site doesn't feel so empty.

Uniqueness
Most new sites struggle immensely with uniqueness, because it is so hard to offer something new. Luckily, your site is centred around your game, which can make the site inherently unique. That is, provided your game is itself unique.

Unfortunately, you haven't demonstrated this to the viewer. Not only does your game not have a public release yet, but the maps shown by your photo gallery all seem very similar (fair enough, considering you don't yet have a wide variety of maps.) However, your custom tiles do pique the viewer's interest.

Ultimately, your site suffers in uniqueness because your game is not yet established and unique. This means it's just another development site at the moment.

Creative Content
As I noted in the uniqueness category, your creative content is limited severely by the fact that your game is still in early development, without even a public release. Your photos do give us some insight, but it's not enough yet. Don't feel too bad, though: it's an unavoidable consequence of being so early in the development process.

Overall
Your main concerns at the moment are (a) developing your game and keeping your visitors posted with all the info you can, and (b) getting an original layout. Originality is the foundation of a good game - a generic layout does not enhance your visitors' view of this.

It doesn't matter that you can't take credit. If someone else made it and gave you permission to use it, it's still a feature that makes your site attractive, and that no other site will have the same of.

Naturally, if someone else made it and you took it without their permission, that's a different story entirely. ;)
