Mine was sadly to my gold version. I was playing in dark cave and I wanted to see if I could get out without flash so i saved and i couldn't. I decided to leave my game for awhile and the next thing i knew, my mom found it in our lamp a couple of months later all melted and eerything. Don't ask me how it got in there cause i don't know.

My Ruby game was lost for over a year, but then suddenly, when we were moving out of the house, I looked at the sofa my mom and dad were carrying, and there it was! I asked everybody in the house if they knew how it got there, but they didn't have a clue!

8 years ago my 3 year old sister decided she wanted me and my dads attention, got jealous of the playstation and began jumping on it, taking huge chunks out of my Crash Bandicoot 3 disc that was in it, and amazingly the disc still works fine, can't say the same for that playstation though...

My cousins came over once and they're like years younger than me, they started playing with my Playstation games while I was out. I came back and noticed them scattered on the floor but the worst part was is that I couldn't find Crash Bandicoot 2. Okay that's not entirely true, I found half of it.

Wow. Maybe Emerald versions are more prone to get abducted by aliens lost.
Because mine is either in Missouri (see my location to calculate the relative distance from my DS), my room, or Narnia. That sucks too, cause It was like the mothership of my 3rd generation gaming.

Hmm.. the funniest thing that might've happened was when I found my Ruby version in my lunchbox after a month of looking.

Or when I was cleaning the loose garbage out of my room and I just threw Sonic Heroes in there. Serves the awful game right.

...also Pokemon Emerald for me. It was in a freaking sock in my sock drawer. I guess I dropped it in there and it got shoved into a sock while digging through it. XD

Grand Theft Auto also wound up in the Pokemon Christmas Special DVD somehow. That one I really have no explanation for.

My cousins used to peel the stickers off anything they got their grubby hands on. A couple of old GBC games have no labels on the cartridges now. >>

I haven't had much experience in this, but here I go.

One of my favourite fighting game sof all time, Bloody Roar for the PlayStation, was the center of attention at a party I was a few years ago. A bunch of buds and I started playing (it still worked perfectly). About an hour and a half into the fun, we decide to play something else. After a few minutes of this, we want to go back to Bloody Roar. I went to get it and found it missing. I found the disk on the kitchen floor. I thought it was okay, and was a little pissed that someone would not only take it from me, but leave it on the floor. I picked it up and found that it had been split on one side (probably stepped on) and did not work anymore. I was furious. No one fessed up and the party went downhill from there (yes, this was the glue that held the party together). In the long run, it doesn't make any difference to me. I'd just really like to know who and why.

Another: My Crystal version was lost. That's it. Lost. Gone. Right out of my GBC within the 20 minutes that I took a break. Vanished. I have moved since then, and haven't found out what had happened to it.

My Harry Potter and the chamber of Secrets GBC game has mysteriously dissappeared of the face of the earth :(

I accidentally threw Pokémon blue out with the rubbish....and then my Friend gave me her old Pokémon Red for my birthday the next day :P

I threw a tetris game into my bathtub, it still worked, then I threw it out my window (which was 13 stories high at the time), then I went to go see if it worked and it still did, until the next day when it stopped working
