Oh my thread titles are so creative.

Anyways, so I am sure some of you know that Windows XP limits your computer's performance. By this I mean, it doesn't use the entire processor if you have anything over a singal core.

I have a dual core processor, and due to the XP limitations I get random CPU spikes the slow down my entire computer to the point where I just flick it off, curse, and walk away to actually do something productive. Is there anyway I can make XP actually use my entire Dual-core Processor? :| If not, I have to re-install Vista, which angers t.A.T.u.

Um, the most I know about that is you need to install the windows xp x64 edition. that's a more powerful version that should use both. I had the same problem so that's what i did.
either that or install vista... XD

Are you sure you're not already set up to use Dual core? Here take a look at this thread and see if this helps
(If you already have update: KB896256 in your 'already installed' system updates then you should already be good to go, or if you installed Windows while using the dual core CPU)
Equipment:
Custom PC, MacBook Pro (MBPr), 3DSxl Blue, 3DS Midnight Purple, iPhone 4S Green

Hm, well I did and it doesn't use both.. Oh well. Bye XP, hi Seven.
