I seem to have a problem.

Spoiler:

AngelWriter won't go the hell away.

The pop up right there in front of the AngelWriter window itself, the "access violation at number blah blah" popup thing just reappears when I click X or OK. And I can't do anything with the AngelWriter window when this pop up, meaning I can't minimize or exit. The only way to get to my desktop is the show desktop icon.

However, whenever I even click somewhere in the bar with all my minimized windows, the AngelWriter crap pops back up. I can still interact with my other windows, just not that one.

So, any ideas on how I can actually close it? ctrl alt del doesn't work the same way with Vistas then it does XP's, so that won't work. I am aware that If I logout of this user, then everything will (obviously) close down.

Also, thanks to some computer fail, I had to do a system restore after I removed AngelWriter from my computer. Went back to the same state it was when it worked better, blah blah blah, computer crap. However, when I try to remove it this time, it says that the file doesn't exist. So, I'm stumped.

(Though, I am hypothesizing that the AngelWriter has to not be active in order to remove.)

Right-click the taskbar, Task Manager. From there, you can end the application. If it won't go, you can venture to the Processes Tab and kill it there, if you're feeling brave enough.

As for the program, you may be able to uninstall once you kill the process, or look for an option to disable it via its system tray icon.

Control + Shift + Esc
Immediately opens the task manager in any 2000 or later version of Windows. Then just kill the program.

Also, you might want to remove it from any startup stuff using Autoruns.
