I really liked the series, though I haven't yet read InkDeath. I liked the movie, but not as much as the book personally.

I was prone to hide things because I was afraid that someone would unlock all my secrets.

I didn't realize that someone would be me.

I personally think that the book was much better than the movie. The plot of the movie was screwed up from the very beginning, and since they had Dustfinger go back to the InkWorld, they kind of eliminated any chance of a sequel, unless they plan on changing the entire story line.

I've all the books, I will never watch the movie. I just don't want my mind tainted.

Agreed. Same exact thing here.

I loved the series before it was announced to be a movie. I remember waiting for Inkspell to come out.

But the movie, the commercials for it pissed me off D:

The books were incredible. An enticing tale of fantasy and wonderment. The movie however, made the books seem dull and immature. I saw part of it when I was on a plane a few months ago, and I was shocked how the book(s?) was portrayed...I know that they have to cut out a whole lot out of the book to fit the time slot for the movie, but jeez....
