My family and self are having thought of moving ourselfs to Americans. But I wonder about some issues to overcome.

first have all, my sister has wife and wanting to move to connecticut. is this permitted?

also i am extremely gay. is this permitted?

and finally my wii is PAL. is this problematic?

Iowa, Massachusetts, and Vermont also allow same-sex marriages and I believe a number of states recognize them even if they don't perform them, but I'm not a legal expert. There are no laws against being gay in the United States, so you can be as extreme as you want. Just know that there are going to be nice people AND hateful people anywhere you go.

I don't know about your wii, though. You should try looking around the Computers and Technology board for that.

you shouldn't have any problems. The things I will warn you about though is that most things for sale in CT are overpriced, The job market is a rather tough one, but people are generally nice. Gay marriage is allowed here so it won't affect anything. I believe Hawaii, Masachusetts, and possible Rhode Island also allow gay marriage
