Is there something that is so precious to you that you actually treat it as a baby, or refer to as a baby? Also, this does not have to be a tangible item. It can range from anything really. XD;

According to Kenji, it's vbf2, but really, besides that, there's nothing else I'd consider... besides my ipod and usb I guess. :3;

Oh god, too many things to naaame! I treat pretty much any inanimate object in my possession like its a living thing XD But I suppose if I had to narrow it down to just my ~babies~, it would be;

- My car. 1997 Volkswagon Polo that belonged to my Grandfather; he gave him to me on my 17th birthday. His name is Todd and I love him to bits, even though I'm still dead scared of driving. XD

- My iPod. 120gb iPod Classic. He's called Linus, after the Peanuts character and Benjamin Linus from LOST.

- My MacBook. It's the cheaper White edition. I can't remember his specs, but I do know I upgraded his RAM to 4gb and I've never been happier with a computer. :3 His name is Copernicus, after...well, Copernicus.

- My late-nineteenth-century edition of Jane Eyre. Mum gave it to me when I was eight and off-school sick as something to keep my mind off dying dramatically of the common cold, and I've loved Charlotte Brontë ever since.

I haven't been on PC long enough to start babying a forum :C I suppose if I had to choose one it would be the Trade Centre, as that's where I spend the majority of my time XD And, naturally, all of my little Pixelmons are my babies too. :3

For tangible items, my kitty, my iPod, and my favorite books. Can't live without them.

On PC, Fanfiction and OVP. I just love those two places. :3

My car, Flying Awesome Focus, known as "Awesome" for short. He's my actual baby. The only one who's known as such. I talk about him at every opportunity, which is exactly why I'm posting.

And my dog and cat, really. But mostly my car and my favorite book.

As for sections on this forum: F&W. (I miss the old abbreviation.)

I dunno... my pets (not in any mentally scarring way, of course), my sister (see previous parentheses in this post), and... sometimes electronics. Depends on how awesome they are.

this is my baby:

The bondo has been painted over and I have swapped the tail lights since these were taken. These pictures are old. lol.
It's my 1995 Chevy Monte Carlo Z34. I got the car from my mom just before she died so I try to take the best care of it I can. Currently saving up for a new transmission since it's starting to go.
115,000 miles.
0-60: 7.4 seconds
1/4 mile time: 15.6 seconds
This is my most recent pic. After the bondo was painted but befor the tail lights were swapped. The handicapped permit is my Dad's. This picture was taken after my Dad had used the car.

My computer, my Nokia Xpressmusic 5800, my books collection, my collection of non-legal tender coins*, my collection of bank-notes that aren't in print anymore but still in circulation, my RM1 Coin from the 1960s, my collection of money from other countries, and my homemade (non-lethal but it hurts) crossbow(a camera tripod and rubber bands.)

*Malaysian RM1 coins, ceased to be legal tender as of 2005 if i remember correctly. I keep them as antiques. XD

EDIT: *facepalm* How could I forget. :/ On PC it's the Fanfiction and Writing, Writer's Lounge Forum, and the Fanfiction Lounge Thread(FFL).

I would say that my ''baby'' is my 2008 white and black Subaru Impreza WRX STi. The only time I use it is when the lake is pure solid with ice and snow so no one could see where I'm at. I went to Europe to specially buy this car and it cost me 50,000 euro's, which was a lot for me.

2008 Subaru WRX STi
- A.B.S. vented disc breaks.
- 245/40 R18 tires. (Front/Back)
- A.W.D.
- Turbocharged Flat-4 engine.
- 150 displacement cu in 2,457 cc.
- 296 power bhp with 6,000 rpm.
- 300 lbs. of torque with with 4,000 rpm.

I only refer to my laptop as my baby. It's the one thing I really will die without if I lose it, as it is my key to holding all my school information and work seeing as I am home schooled online. Other than that, it's also what keeps me occupied most of the time when I don't have anything to do (which is almost all the time).

As for the forums on PC, I guess I can say HeartGold & SoulSilver along with Pokémon General are kind of like my babies here. xD

lol. Yay! I'm not the only 1 who obsesses over my car! I don't have a name for mine, but I've come to refer to it as "The Z" whenever I talk about it. My friends refer to it as the "Testosterone-mobile" because it's fast, big, heavy (3,450lbs), and in your face. The engine, though only putting out 210 HP, is so full of raw power that even at idle, the car shakes you violently and you KNOW there's something special under the hood. Just a few weeks ago, I beat an early 90's Ford Mustang GT 5.0L in it with no problems at all. And the most surprising bit- It's more fun around corners than it is in a straight line (Take THAT Jeremy Clarkson of "Top Gear"! American cars can take corners!).
The specs:
ABS brakes front disc/rear drums
16" aluminum alloy rims
F.W.D
DOHC 24 valve V6 engine
pushrod engine block
207 cubic inch displacement (3.4L)
210 HP @ 5200 RPM
215 lb-ft of torque @ 4000 RPM
7000 RPM redline
18 MPG city/26 MPG highway
4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive. (Only offered transmission)
