You can get most DLLs off google. Be sure that it is the correct version number and scan it with a good antivirus before you put it wherever you need to place it.

It's actually a violation of copyright law for me to upload that particular dll. I recommend you just re-install WMP like Zet said or shoot off an email to MS requesting a new copy of it or something. Honestly, it shouldn't be a big deal; WMP11 sucks, and I'd recommend switching to Media Player Classic with CCCP.

Another good media playing software setup is the K-Lite Codec Pack. Just google that. Works like a charm for me, AND it supports Vista/Win7 natively. :D
If you have Windows Vista or 7, try opening an administrator command prompt and typing "sfc /scannow"
Depending on if that DLL is registered as a system file or not, and depending on if your system actually has a backup for that file, it may be able to auto-repair it. If not, you can goto the Control Panel, (Programs and Features in Vista/7 and Add/Remove Programs in XP) Find Windows Media Player 11 in the list and click Uninstall/Repair and when the uninstaller appears, click Repair, if the option appears. If not, just go ahead and uninstall it, then download it and re-install it.

Here's a link to the download site for WMP 11, just in case you need to reinstall it. x3

k-lite is horrible when it comes to avi's, I find them to "jump" in video and have some audio skip :(
I have never had that problem, or any others while using K-Lite Codec Pack.

CCCP is much better for codecs :D

CCCP + VLC + quicktime alt (i think it already supports rmvb)

win :D
I will admit CCCP is good too, really it's a matter of preference, I like K-Lite because it has finer grained control over video playback (It supports filters in MPC, and such)
