Can you make your own Mystery Dungeon?

There's a way to do everything. Just rip the sprites and put them in. It's pretty much the same procedure as any Pokémon game as far as I know.
Yeah but could you or someone explain to me how to do it?

Yes, In fact, I've even gone to the extent of making entire sprite sheets (though I have yet to actually finish one) and portraits, and I'm working on a single, simple tileset. As for a place to get the sprites, the Spriter's Resource has some of them, though they don't seem to have every tileset yet, or many of the move effects.
