This is a good start. Before I get into this, I would first read the section in
The Rules about recommended RMT format since this is pretty messy and hard to read. For example your first set would be:
Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Whirlwind
- Roost
That aside, it's not a bad team, but it's lacking in key areas.
The big problem has got to be synergy. You're running three defensive Pokemon (Suicune is being counted here, but obviously it poses a threat sweeping) and three offensive Pokemon, and while this type of arrangement can work, they don't really support each other well.
This team has potential offensively, so I would make your defensive Pokemon support your sweepers better. Skarmory is a misfit really--Metagross is a much more effective Stealth Rock lead that has more power and can beat Taunt + SR leads like Aerodactyl and Azelf.
Electivire actually isn't a bad fit here, but you'll want to alter the set. It really wants Cross Chop/Thunderbolt/Flamethrower/Hidden Power [Ice/Grass]. Ice fits better here since Swampert has trouble with a lot of your team, but if you can't get HP Ice, just use Ice Punch. But Cross Chop over Earthquake is important to beat Blissey, Snorlax, Tyranitar, and weakened Heatran.
Cresselia with Rest and no Aromatherapy support is really asking for trouble. Moonlight is unreliable but at least Cresselia can defend itself.
