Honestly, it doesn't look EV'd right to me.
For the infernape, you need to uhh, pick if it's going to be a physical attacker or a special (most do physical). So get rid of blast burn and fire blast and put in fire blitz and another physical attack.
For the totodile, you have way too many water attacks. xD Instead of surf, aqua tail, and hydropump, use a physical water move, waterfall. Super power lowers attack, so I would replace that with brick break or something, and teach it crunch or something. Try to get diverse on move types.
The staraptor looks alright, it's attack could be higher. I'd get rid of defog (unless you use it in game), and put in something else.
The jolteon's special attack should be a lot higher, I'm sure this one isn't ev'd right. Anyways, get rid of dig and thunder fang. Put a different elemental move there, and make sure it's a special attack.
For togekiss, I'm not sure if ancient power is physical or special. If it's physical, get rid of it. Anyways, Baton pass is WORTHLESS unless you have a stat increasing move. I suggest you get rid of metronome and put in nasty plot (raises special attack sharply) and after you use it once, use baton pass. I also suggest getting rid of ancient power and putting in aura sphere (if it can learn that, I forget).
The ambipom isn't bad, the speed could be higher. I don't really see much you could do to improve. Maybe change around the moveset.
