I'll definitely stock up on Heavy Balls for the bigger Legendary Pokemon, and I'll probably pick up a few Love Balls, Lure Balls, and Level Balls for later in the game when I'm trying to catch Pokemon to fill out my Pokedex. It never hurts to be prepared!

Moon Balls were kinda useless, back in GSC. I used them primarily as my "last resort" pokeballs, once I ran out of everything else, I started throwing out Moon Balls.

And they worked! :D

Actually it has a high catch rate for 5 pokemon. Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Nidorino, Nidorina, and Skitty. Since they evolve with Moon Stones. While 2 of those are worthless, CLefairy, Skitty and Jigglypuff do have low encounter rates and are considered rare. So the ball is good for when you go on a specialized catching spree.

Good point, but it still doesn't feel worth getting the balls for.

I loved using fast balls in Silver so I'll probably try and get them from Kurt. Might also consider heavy balls since they could be of good use for me.

If I remember correctly, we are going to have to go some man named Kurt? I think that's correct. And if it is, then, wow, I remember G/S/C VERY well.
I'm sure to use all of these cool Pokeballs.

The Heavy Ball I think will be the most useful, especially because of Groudon. I'm sure it's heavier than Kyogre, and since I'm getting Soulsilver, that'll be helpful. :)

I'll use them for their capture advantages rather than look.

I never used Custom balls in Silver, as they took way too much time to make...

But I'm guessing I'll like Heavy Ball the most, knowing myself :P

I've always been a fan of Kurt's designed Pokéballs, since watching them through the anime and using them in the original GSC games. So, pretty much, I'll be using them once more in the remakes. As for my personal favorites though, I prefer the Moon Ball and Lure Ball because of their deigns, while I like the Heavy Ball and Fast Ball for their capability in capturing certain Pokémon.

Yes, HG/SS is part of the Fourth Generation so you will have the alternative balls available for you to use. This includes the Dusk Ball, Net Ball, and so on. To keep this thread on topic, please feel free to use the HG/SS Help Thread for any further questions, thank you. ;)
