PY, I'm out of my transparent days. I've decided who I am, and who I'm going to become(well hopefully if I pass my stupid high school).
If that makes you feel better to say that, go for it. I've been in your same exact situation where I was confused. Adolescence is the time in someone's life where things are so confusing. It's where you truly start to figure out who you are, and you're obviously having a hard time. Reread my post, yet again, and then tell me that. I'm open minded, but not enough to believe that you're "out of your transparent days" considering the fact that you have no idea what I mean by you being transparent. You don't decide who you are. You find out who you are through experiences in life and through other people.

funny how you guys are always complaining about being discriminated. Hello, you guys are discriminating against straights. you think I am ignorant just because I don't agree with you.
We're not discriminating against straight people, if anything we're discriminating against ignorent people we don't agree with, but even then it's hardly discrimination we're just trying to argue a point.

only one person has discriminated against straight people in this thread and we all made it very clear that its just stupid to do so.

where are the masses of people in the streets saying discriminating gay people is stupid? oh wait, no where.
Because no one in there right mind randomly goes out side and shots out random things. :P

Didn't you see my post five secends ago. XD It's called dinner. Another animal instinct to eat. Also I don't care how un popular my view point is on this forum. In real life I am in the majority. :)
And since WHEN did being in the majority mean your opinion means more than ours? You don't understand, which is why your 'viewpoint' is different.
You thinking that your views are more important thank ours is discrimination by the way ¬_¬

Yeah, I'll bet you are. Try not to sound like an idiot this time....

That's it, I can't take it anymore.

So I wasn't gay? Okay, let me rephrase that: I studied, watched, asked people about homosexuality. Found out some stuff(I forgot most, I tend to forget things I don't like. Brain issues), did the same for heterosexuality. Decided I wanted to be straight, end of story. I said I wouldn't tell my past, but whatever, if it's something like that you want to know than so be it.

No one answered my question yet. Oh well.

NA, you're conceited.

Fox tried this strawman approach already. I think we all agreed he was trolling and this thread doesn't need that. So kindly stop ♥

I never said being in the majority means your point is more valid. There where just some posters flaunting around thinking that since everyone agrees with them, they must be right.

Sexual preference is not a choice, although people can choose to pretend to live that life. For instance, there many gay people out in the world that live a heterosexual lifestyle out of fear or wanting to be accepted by society.

Now, let me ask those who believe that it is an actual choice. Why would a straight person choose to be gay in a society where homosexuality is seen as something out of the norm or something to be intolerable? Many countries ban homosexual acts which are punishable by law, unions/marriages, adoptions, serving in the military, laws against discrimination, gender identity, and expression.

If you had a choice of being loved or hated the obvious choice would be loved, and yet there are people still brave enough to say I'm gay/lesbian/bisexual/trangender in those countries while facing discrimination. You can make a choice if you want to, but why risk everything just to say who you really are?

Don't make things up to try and back up your point, thats pretty pathetic. You clearly stated earlier that you were straight, then gay for a while, then neither until you decided.
Lies? Me thinks so.

LIKE I SAID BEFORE

Okay. I'm pretty sure it's noticeable by now my Autism is coming out.

So it's sorta hard for me to get my point out. It may take awhile, but I guess you get it.

I was never actually gay, just wanted to know about it. I did want to be it at one time, but that was a long time ago.

HAPPY?

NA now I know you're conceited.

@インフェルノの津波 Well I don't think you need to be ashamed of anything here. And if what you say is true, people wouldn't usually decide on sexuality based on the way you did. Most would go with how they feel, not what they want, that makes you unhappy. If you go with what you feel, it eventually becomes what you want. I know, because thats how I realised.

Yeah, I'll bet you are. Try not to sound like an idiot this time....
Excuse me? Do me a favor this time and actually read what I'm saying instead of skimming through. Okay? You went from saying being gay is completely wrong, but you understand that some people are, to saying you agree with the lifestyles that gays live, to saying that you were once gay, to saying that you were just curious. That's not a way an intelligent person would go about in trying to explain their point of view or express their beliefs. As I said, you flipflopped your opinion to suit what everyone else around you had an opinion of. Either you're incredibly uncomfortable with standing up for an opinion, or you don't have an opinion of your own and use the opinions of others instead.

As I stated, I was in your situation before. Sexuality is a very complicated thing to be able to understand and comprehend to an extent that most are able to do second nature because in the majority of the case, most know what they want and are only interested in one thing. The opposite sex. I know what you're going through a great deal, believe me. The reason it's so hard for you to express yourself and your opinion (if you have one) is because you don't have one that's stable enough to express, as I said, or because you're hiding your true beliefs because you're ashamed of them.

Adolescence is important. The main reason it's important is because it's the time in everyone's life where they start to discover who they are. You haven't discovered who you are yet. That's what's transparent. And don't say you know who you want to be. You can do all you want to become who you want to be, but then you won't be who you really are. And that's something only you can find out. Much like the color of your skin, you can't decide who you are. You have to find out who you are. You do that through life experiences and through other people.

So I wasn't gay? Okay, let me rephrase that: I studied, watched, asked people about homosexuality. Found out some stuff(I forgot most, I tend to forget things I don't like. Brain issues), did the same for heterosexuality. Decided I wanted to be straight, end of story. I said I wouldn't tell my past, but whatever, if it's something like that you want to know than so be it.
...You just said that you don't decide what sexuality you are.

Stop contradicting every statement you make because someone "calls you out" like this. It only makes you out to be ignorant, which you're accusing NarutoActor of being. But at least he has an opinion of his own.

Um okay...Don't know what to say, so I'll just say nothing.

I'm sorry, but the anime episode of Pokemon was very, very stupid. It's called "Sticking With Who You Know!" It had Pikacha and Piplu hug each other and....you gotta see the episode yourself. It's terribad.

ON-TOPIC: Queer sounds really weird and stupid, doesn't it?

Mod: I was talking to NA. I do read your posts, what do you think I'm a lazy kid that can't read a few lines!?!?

Okay, first of all, I have a name. And yes, I do think you're a lazy kid who can't read a few lines because the majority of the community sees a long post and ignores it. I can tell you do the same considering the fact that you didn't mean when I originally called you transparent.

Oh wow, this grew quite a bit.

Adolescence is the time in someone's life where things are so confusing. It's where you truly start to figure out who you are, and you're obviously having a hard time.
This really couldn't be more true.
Speaking from personal experience and from what I've observed, it's really hard to ultimately declare that you're gay/straight/bisexual when you're still, well, young. Obviously this isn't the same for everybody in every situation, I'm not trying to say it is, and it has nothing to do with whether or not sexuality is a choice. I just know that plenty of people I grew up with put a lot of energy into proclaiming that their preference was set in stone, then later realized that they really had no idea what they wanted.
But, like I said, it's never the exact same for everybody. I had friends that said they were gay when we were in middle school, then in high school they weren't, and vice versa. Others said they were gay in middle school and still are to this day.

Signature drawn by me.

*sighs*

DOES QUEER SOUND GOOD OR BAD COME ON ALREADY.

I change my posts to make sense, Yutohru.

I read posts longer than that, come on I'm a Fan Fiction writer.
If you read posts like mine and posts longer than that, something must not click in your head to be able to come up with a logical response or be able to comprehend whatever it was that was said. Otherwise, we wouldn't have had been in an argument regarding transparency and identifying who you are.

Also, common sense can answer that question.

lol I may be missing something, but what does Pokemon have to do with sexuality XD;
Oh, you. Don't be so naive. Pokémon has everything to do with sexuality!

Silly you.
