EDIT: Now I start using GIMP a lot and Photofiltre for the fonts. I sometimes used GIMP for the fonts too seen as I swap it round then blur it like in the creation of 11/06/2010.

And I'm starting to use Photoshop too.

I'm also starting to draw freehand on Paint and on paper!

they're pretty good. the texts are pixely and watch out for the feathering on the pictures.
nice job

Well, I won't give more advanced advice since you're only starting.
They're not too bad if it was just the first few days or week, and I think you should focus more on your GIMP program, since it's the closest you have to Photoshop. Even though it's more complicated than the other programs, just mess about with the options in it and you can learn that way. That is just my opinion though.

Now, for the graphics part. The best there would probably be the Zoroark one, since the colours are fitting and the text is fitting better than the others. I think you should just keep practicing, and make your backgrounds better, then after that, move onto render blending and placement, because you shouldn't just have the render on top and that's it. I also think that you should leave out the text now, since it's kind of ruining most of your work, so yeah, leave it out, and over time, learn how to put it right and not have it huge and the focal point. Lastly, if you're stuck at what to do to make things better, try some tutorials.

Ok. Thanks a lot for the help :) but I have one problem that annoys me. I don't know how to do stylish backgrounds. If you haven't noticed, that ones I made were very simple. How do you make backgrounds like the one in AtomicoExploda's sig?

Well basically, most people just add c4d and/or some stocks to make their sigs looks stylish. Try adding c4ds, it's always looks good to signatures. :)
