My brothers trying to get to the ice part of shoal cave in ruby version and because of the water, he cant get to the ladder. In Saphire thers no water so its easy to get to. Is there a switch in Ruby that'll get rid of the water or is there a different way to get to the ice part in ruby?

The Shoal Cave is exactly the same in both games, as is the timing of the tide. The times above are correct, but be sure to watch out for Daylight Savings Time, since you can't change the clock in this version -_- Stupid Nintendo :/
