Well I just navigated through Victory Road however my strongest Pokemon is Level 40. Do you think I can take on the Elite 4 xD? Anyone know any good spots to train for them?

Depends on if you have a good strategy. My team of 40-45 had little trouble with the E4. Just plan out a good strategy

Probably your strategy. I'll assume your Pokemon are male too which would mean Attract gets to them. You should try using Quagsire's Special attacks to take down Clefairy and use that Bellsprout of yours to inflict status on Miltank before letting Quagsire and Quilava take it head on. Play on Quagsire's higher offensive stat but Quilava will have to rely on his Atk seeing as all of his attacks are physical
