I'm playing emerald, and I want to know what would make a good Snorlax tank...

I though about putting ones in HP, Defence, Special Defence, and Attack....

but then I realized that that was way too much of a spread...

So what should I do for ev's, and how many should I put in each

PS: What all does attack, and special attack cover... as in... Attack is for normal, Special Attack is for Thundershock, thanks

Actually, HP, attack, defense, and special defense is a good spread for Gen III. Smogon recommends 144 HP / 68 Atk / 132 Def / 164 SpD for a CurseLax or 88 HP / 176 Atk / 132 Def / 112 SpD for a Sleep Talk set.

Attack:
Normal
Fighting
Flying
Poison
Ground
Rock
Bug
Ghost
Steel

Special:
Fire
Water
Grass
Electric
Psychic
Ice
Dragon
Dark

thanks, that looks like a good spread... for a tank (the first one anyway), I guess when you have a bunch of health, you don't need much attack (I do a lot of math in my head and doing four base numbers plus everything else makes it all confusing)

Oh, also.... I didn't realize that attack covered so much... I thought that it was only Normal and Fighting type's... (I also never did any research on it... except for a few casual google searches)

;D

Oh, btw... is munchlax in any of the games before 4th gen?

I thought I remembered getting him a long time ago... but I also have this memory that makes up stuff and forgets just about everything too

Aside from cameos in Pokemon Dash, the first Mystery Dungeon, and XD, no.
