That would be interesting to see what the arrancar will do now then. Knowing that nobody is their leader anyone they could attack eachother to gain power o.o
Since the shinigami are there, they are probably the ruling force. Either way, the arrancar all have their own interests, so I doubt they kill each other.
Mayuri is doing his stuff there, so probably most of the shinigami have decided to stay away, in order to save them self form being dissected. XD I don't think they will kill the arrancar. The hollows on the other hand.... But anything could happen.
Arrancar are a species of hollow, but why would they be spared? And remember how they mentioned that no one has been able to compare with the head captain? Maybe someones going to take his place soon.
I think that they will be spared because they are more human-like. They evolved from the hollow side into more shinigami type way. And if they did kill them, they would also kill the vizards since they are the same but from a shinigami evolved side.
They said nobody could compare to him, because they can't replace him.
But that could be indeed a window to say "he look, that guy is stronger then the CC, lets make him the new one".
Probably not, who knows?
Mhm, but he's bound with Kido. He could barely move. I doubt he would have been able to achieve anything. AND, all the things that he did in the past was accomplished with the help of Kyoukasuigetsu and the Hogyoku. But now it seems that Kyoukasuigetsu has somehow diappeared, and the Hogyoku no longer sees Aizen as its master, he'd be as helpless as a child.
And yes, the punishment is not eternal. It's only for 20k years. Well, what would they do after that? Set him free? XD
I think that immortal in this sense meant that he could not be killed by any means, because if then, they can just easily sentence Aizen to death, Sokyoku or whatnot.
...I forgot. What happened to the Sokyoku, eh? Was it destroyed by Shunsui and Ukitake or did it merely return to its sealed state?
Spoiler:
I think, I'm not 100% sure, that he's pretty much resistant to all kinds of kidou, except the new thing that Urahara made, or something. And he probably COULD get out. And regardless of whether the Hougyoku sees Aizen as its master or not, all of its effects are still in place (which is why he is still immortal). He still has the power of a god.
Presumably, yes. It's like a prison sentence.
I think that definition would make more sense... It's just not very clear what the word "immortal" means.
As for the Sokyoku... I don't remember anything. I'll look later, though.

I think the next arc will begin with isshin finally explaining what just happened, which we will see as an flashback. That would an awesome flashback.
Spoiler:
Hmm... I think he'd definitely not be used to not seeing spirits and hollows and his Soul Society friends, and will probably/definitely not like it (especially when/if Orihime, Chad and Ishida go and fight a Hollow, and he can't go).
And if Isshin narrated the next flashback... That would be AWESOME.

Hmm...
Wasn't part of Aizen's big speech some chapters ago about how everyone follows him because of fear, or something? So they join with someone stronger, who can protect them... I could be making that up.
Anyway, if that's true, then the remaining Arrancar (which, in my head, I'm imagining a LOT, for some reason) could perhaps join together, and be their own group to do their own thing (maybe just to survive? To take revenge for Aizen? To control Hueco Mundo? I have a feeling that this "big group" would end up splitting into smaller groups, and would either fight each other, or go away peacefully).
Alternatively, they could just disband altogether, and live like they did before they became Arrancar. I'm not so sure how this would work, because nearly every Hollow in Hueco Mundo would be able to see the broken mask and know "you worked for Aizen", which could make them (un?)popular targets or something.
I guess it really depends on how many Arrancar there are left, and what's going to happen. I think the smart, strong, fast ones will run away from Las Noches (and the Shinigami) and live on their own, or maybe try and find some people so they can survive easier.

I kinda hated that part. The series were nonsensical. =\ Mostly for comedy relief, and I guess for elongating the series.

That kind of disturbs me. I mean, before he obtained his shinigami powers, he could see the spirits perfectly. Why not now?

XD What ILP and I debated a few posts back.
Spoiler:
Firstly, if they really want to imprison him, they should make that an eternal sentence instead of 20,000 years. Because, after 20k years, what would they do? Set him free? Not likely. Or sentence him to wash the toilets I'm really supporting the idea of imprisoning Aizen, but ILP said they are better off killing him.

We forgot this. No wonder they couldn't kill him. And I disagree. I mean, if the effects are still in place, wouldn't Aizen be able to easily escape from that Kido Urahara made? o.o
Well, I'm always a few episodes behind because my sister prefers to watch the eps as a marathon, and I like to watch it with her.

You'll look later, as in, you won't. 8D
Spoiler:
In the chapter, I thought he meant it like "you're probably too powerful for me to be able to kill you by fighting, so I decided to seal you". The problem is, the effects are in place regarding his immortality, but not in place regarding his strength?

I was wondering who that was! It's the lack of feathers, methinks.

How old is your sister?
Spoiler:
I still side that Aizen does not have the hogayakyu in him.
Ohh. I can't remember that guys name ><
The next arc should be interesting hopefully.
Spoiler:
I hope so, I'm hoping people calm down with Isshin theories after this (even if I thought of a theory) and I wanna know how Ryuken became "friends" with him. (1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5)
